【会社概要】 データセンターインフラのテクノロジー＆データ処理スタックを推進している当社は、すべての自動化システムと技術プラットフォームをエンドツーエンドで管理し、プロセスの自動化を推進するとともに、地域や顧客ごとのニーズに柔軟に対応できる一貫した世界基準を設定し、付加価値の小さい人的作業を排除しています。 当社は、プロジェクトライフサイクルを通じて、営業、設計エンジニアリング、オペレーション、建設チームなどの様々なチームと連携することで、基準に沿った新規/既存の効果的な垂直統合設計プロジェクトをサポートします。 当社技術スタッフには具体的な成果を直接推進する影響力の大きな責任と権限が与えられており、チームとしては、長期的な運用の持続可能性をバリューエンジニアリングやコスト指標と整合させ、企業目標に沿った製品を提供することができます。 【募集ポジション】 当社では、当社が保有するデータセンター内外の顧客に対して、専門的な技術ネットワークおよびシステムインフラサポートサービスを提供していただける、意欲的で細部までこだわれる、実践的なシステム＆ネットワーク リージョナルリーダーを募集しています。このポジションでは、ハードウェアやソフトウェアの問題に対するソリューションを提供し、会社のポリシーやSLAに従って業務を遂行することが求められます。 【役割】 ・APAC地域すべてのデータセンターおよびサイトオフィスの建設プロジェクトにおいて、IT部門を代表する。 ・建設プロジェクトマネージャー、ゼネコン、システムインテグレーターへの納期管理、コミュニケーションを担当する。 ・最低限の監督下で、単独で、またチーム環境の中で業務を遂行する。 ・複数のスポット/継続的なプロジェクトを地域ごとに管理する。 ・データバックアップと災害時復旧プランの設計、管理、テストを管理する。 ・ネットワークおよびシステム監視システムのセットアップ、サポート、管理を行う。 ・顧客のSLAに従ってタスクを管理する。 ・標準業務手順書を作成し運用する。 ・必要に応じて、社内のデータセンター設計チーム、建設チーム、データセンターインフラ増強サポートチームと連携する。 ・データセンターの試運転業務を促進する。 ・ネットワーク、サーバ、ストレージ、バックアップなど、当社ITインフラの管理、サポート、保守を行う。 ・SANとBrocade/FortinetスイッチによるVMware6.xおよび7.x仮想環境の管理を行う。 ・複数のVCentreをサポートするVMware仮想環境におけるWindowsサーバ、バックアップのセットアップと設定を行う。 ・Fortinetネットワークの設計、セットアップ、設定：コア/エッジスイッチ、ファイアウォール、DCレベルでのネットワーク冗長化を行う。 ・BGP、IPSEC、VRRP、OSPFを含むネットワークプロトコルと強力なファイアウォール/ルーティングの概念に関する知識を維持する。 ・モニタリング、ネットワーク診断、分析ツールを活用する。 ・Active Directory、Azure AD、Office 365を管理する。 【業務内容】 ・データセンター配備におけるシステムおよびネットワークインフラの設計、構築から運用保守までを担当する。 ・ベンダー/SI/GCの活動をサポート、監視し、作業が作業範囲に沿って、確立された手順に従っていることを確認する。 ・プロジェクト中にプロセス、ネットワーク、システム図、パッチマトリックス、ラック立面図、関連図を文書化し、引継ぎを行う。 ・新規構築時のネットワーク、バックアップ、システムインフラに関するAPACの全データセンターのリモートサポートを行う。 ・建設プロジェクトチームと協力し、システム、バックアップ、ネットワーク統合の計画と実施をサポートする。 ・様々なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図り、データセンタープロジェクトが予算内で納期内に納品され、顧客満足度を向上させる。 ・プロジェクトが正しく開始され、適切なレベルのガバナンスが適用されるよう、システムおよびプロジェクトに関する専門的なガイダンスやアドバイスをビジネスサイドに提供する。 ・ビジネスケースの開発、全ライフコスト分析、ビジネス目標に沿った概要とフィージビリティ提案を作成する。 ・プロジェクトが予算と納期に収まるようサポートし、社内外のリソースの効果的な利用を確認、計画する。 ・インシデントやソフトウェアの不具合、エスカレーション、プログラム変更を管理する。 ・既存機能の活用、システム開発を通じて、ビジネス要件を満たすシステムを開発する機会を特定する。 ・ビジネスの成功に不可欠なサービスの提供において、情報技術担当ディレクターをサポートする。 [About us] Our group drives the technology & data processing stack of our data center infrastructure across our companywide portfolio. We maintain end-to-end ownership of all automated systems and technology platforms to drive process automation and eliminate non-value add human tasks through consistent global standards with flexibility for regional/customer specific variability. The team collaborates with different teams like Sales, Design Engineering & Operations across a project life cycle. We also work hand in hand with the Construction team to come up with a vertically integrated design and ensures new and existing standards and designs are executed effectively. One thing that distinguishes our company is that our technical staff are given the responsibility and authority to directly drive tangible results. Our team can align long-term operational sustainability with value engineering and cost metrics to deliver products aligned with corporate goals. This approach empowers each member of the team to drive high-impact decisions and results. [Position Overview] We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, hands-on Regional System and Network Lead to provide professional technical network & system infrastructure support service to external and internal customers of our Data Centre. The role requires delivery of solutions to hardware and software problems, whilst working in accordance with company policy and predefined SLA’s. [Essential Job Functions] • Subject Matter Expert representing the IT department for all construction projects in APAC Data Centres and Site Offices. • Maintain deadlines and communication to Construction Project Managers and General Contractors and System Integrators • Work under limited supervision, both independently and within a T&S team environment. • Ability to manage multiple one-time and/or ongoing projects regionally. • Design, manage and test data backup and disaster recovery. • Setup, support and manage network and system monitoring system. • Manage tasks in accordance with client SLAs. • Help develop and implement Standard Operations Procedures. • Interface with internal data center design team, construction team, supporting data center infrastructure augments as needed. • Facilitate data center commissioning operations. • Manage, support, and maintain our IT infrastructure – network, servers, storage and backup. • Manage VMware 6.x and 7.x virtual environment with SAN and Brocade/Fortinet switches. • Setup and configure Windows Servers, backup, In VMware virtual environment supporting multiple VCentres. • Design, setup, configure Fortinet network: core/edge switches, firewall and network redundancy at DC level. • Good knowledge on Network protocols including BGP, IPSEC, VRRP, OSPF and strong firewall/routing concept. • Monitoring, network diagnostic and analytics tools. • Administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 • Design, manage and test data backup and disaster recovery plan. [Duties] • Responsible from Design, construction to Operational maintenance of the T&S system & network infrastructure in the Data Centre deployment. • Support, and monitor vendor/SI/GC activities ensuring work activities meet scope of work and follow established procedures. • Document process, network, and system diagram, patching matrix, rack elevation diagram and associated diagram during project for handover. • Remote support for all APAC Data Centers pertaining to network, backup and system infrastructure during new construction deployments. • Support planning and implementing system, backup and network integrations working with Construction Project team. • Communicate with different stakeholders to ensure that DC projects are delivered on time and within budget and great satisfaction. • To provide professional guidance and specialist advice to the business on both systems and project matters, ensuring projects are initiated correctly and appropriate levels of governance are applied. • Development of business cases, whole life costing analysis and ensuring briefs and feasibility proposals are developed in accordance with business aims. • Supporting projects so they remain within budget and time parameters, identifying and planning effective use of internal and external resources. • Manage any incidents / software defects, escalations and change program. • Identify opportunities to develop systems to meet business requirements, utilizing existing functionality or through systems development. • Support the Director, Information Technology in delivering services that are essential to the success of the business. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・情報技術の学士号または同等の経験をお持ちの方。・最低10年以上のIT経験をお持ちの方。(ハイパースケーラー/エンタープライズデータセンター環境のサポートまたは業務経験をお持ちの方尚可) ・Windows Server、Active Directory、VMWare vSphere/ESX、Office 365、ファイアウォール、セキュリティ、ストレージ、バックアップ技術、ネットワーキングをカバーする強力な、技術的かつ実践的な知識をお持ちの方。 ・Fortinet NSE、VCP、MCSEなどの関連技術資格をお持ちの方尚可。 ・重要施設や重要インフラ関連の業務経験をお持ちの方尚可。 ・厳しい納期の中で自立的に業務を遂行し、新しい課題に積極的に取り組むことができる方。 ・プロジェクト管理の経験がある方尚可。 ・口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーションスキルをお持ちの方。 ・10-20%程度の出張(APAC内)が可能な方。 [Job Requirements] • Degree or equivalent experience in Informational Technology. • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT preferably supporting or working in a Hyper-scaler/Enterprise Data Centre environment. • Strong technical hands-on knowledge covering Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare vSphere/ESX, Office 365, Firewalls, Security, Storage, Backup Technologies, and Networking. • Relevant technical certifications such as Fortinet NSE, VCP, MCSE preferred. • Experience working within mission-critical facilities and/or critical infrastructure preferred. • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and willing to take new challenges. • Project management experience, preferred. • Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports and presentation skills. • Travel is expected to be less than 10-20%, in APAC. |
