【会社概要】 データセンターインフラのテクノロジー＆データ処理スタックを推進している当社は、すべての自動化システムと技術プラットフォームをエンドツーエンドで管理し、プロセスの自動化を推進するとともに、地域や顧客ごとのニーズに柔軟に対応できる一貫した世界基準を設定し、付加価値の小さい人的作業を排除しています。 当社は、プロジェクトライフサイクルを通じて、営業、設計エンジニアリング、オペレーション、建設チームなどの様々なチームと連携することで、基準に沿った新規/既存の効果的な垂直統合設計プロジェクトをサポートします。 当社技術スタッフには具体的な成果を直接推進する影響力の大きな責任と権限が与えられており、チームとしては、長期的な運用の持続可能性をバリューエンジニアリングやコスト指標と整合させ、企業目標に沿った製品を提供することができます。 【募集ポジション】 当社では現在、施設建設におけるプロセス制御およびソフトウェア開発をリードする、意欲的で細部にこだわることができる、実践的なオートメーションシステムプログラムマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションは、制御設計書、作業手順書、計装図、ネットワークトポロジーをレビューし、さまざまなシステムプラットフォーム上で新規構築のためのロジック制御ソフトウェアおよび可視化アプリケーションの開発をサポートしていただきます。 また、最重要である本番環境で既存オートメーションシステムをサポートするとともに、新規/既存の重要なデータセンターインフラストラクチャの新規構築、試運転、検証手順を完了することが求められます。他にも、設計文書の作成とレビュー、サプライヤー/ゼネコンからの提出書類のレビュー、設計標準のオートメーション構築への準拠を確認することなどが重要なミッションとなります。 【役割】 ・最小限の監督下で、制御システムプロジェクト用の新しいPLC、SCADAアプリケーションを開発・展開する。 ・オンラインのクリティカルな環境でPLCアプリケーションの修正を完了する。 ・インシデント発生時に、PLC、SCADA、ネットワーク、その他の重要な制御システムの問題をトラブルシューティングし、解決する。 ・データセンターの運用と試運転をサポートし、重要機能を持つシステムの最適なパフォーマンスを確保する。 ・テクニカルオートメーションシステムにおけるVDC設計/建設パートナーとの連絡役を担当する。 ・ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアシステム、アラーム、データ復旧、機能ロジックの検証を含む、データセンターの試運転活動をサポートする。 ・SCADAシステムの使用と継続的改善に関するデータセンター運用のトレーニングをサポートする。 【業務内容】 ・設計、開発、納入(試運転)活動をサポートし、コンサルタント、サプライヤー、システムインテグレーターと協力し、すべての現地設置機器が正しいネットワークアドレスで適切に設定されていることを確認する。 ・統合サポートのスケジュールを調整し、重要な制御システムのプログラム、テスト、試運転に十分な時間を確保する。 ・オートメーションロジックと視覚化アプリケーションを開発する際に、操作手順、部品表、プロセスおよび計装図、ネットワークトポロジー、BMSパネル図面、スケジュールなどのプロジェクト関連書類を調査する。 ・ビル管理サービス(BMS)パネルの設計、建設、供給の技術的レビューをサポートする。 ・業者を管理し、成果物を追跡し、スケジュール通りの納入を保証する。 ・新しいデータセンターのネットワークトポロジーとIPスキームを含む制御アーキテクチャ文書の設計をサポートする。 ・重要施設のシステム監視とインシデント調査のために、データセンター運用担当者にPLCプラットフォームのトラブルシューティング方法をトレーニングする。 ・ネットワークの最適化とサイバーセキュリティ耐性を考慮し、社内基準と業界標準仕様に沿った内部オートメーションレビューをサポートする。 ・新規プロジェクトおよび既存アプリケーションの制御およびオートメーション範囲の開発と実装をサポートする。 ・プロジェクト実行中、設計エンジニアリングチーム、建設チーム、およびサイトオペレーションチームと協力し、既存オートメーションアーキテクチャを最適化する。 ・大規模な産業機器制御ベンダーの最先端オートメーションシステムを戦略的に管理する。 [About us] Our group drives the technology & data processing stack of our data center infrastructure across our companywide portfolio. We maintain end-to-end ownership of all automated systems and technology platforms to drive process automation and eliminate non-value add human tasks through consistent global standards with flexibility for regional/customer specific variability. The team collaborates with different teams like Sales, Design Engineering & Operations across a project life cycle. We also work hand in hand with the Construction team to come up with a vertically integrated design and ensures new and existing standards and designs are executed effectively. One thing that distinguishes our company is that our technical staff are given the responsibility and authority to directly drive tangible results. Our team can align long-term operational sustainability with value engineering and cost metrics to deliver products aligned with corporate goals. This approach empowers each member of the team to drive high-impact decisions and results. [Position Description] We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, hands-on Program Manager & Principal Automation Systems to lead process controls and software development for construction of our facilities. You will review controls design documents, sequence of operations and instrumentation diagrams and network topologies to support the development logic control software and visualization applications for new builds on a variety of system platforms. You will also be called on to support the existing automation systems in a live, mission-critical environment, and complete startup, commissioning, and validation procedures on new and existing mission critical data center infrastructure. You will be required to create and review design documentation, review submittals from suppliers/General Contractors to ensure compliance with automation build of design standard. [Essential Job Functions] • Develop and deploy new PLC & SCADA applications for control system projects, with minimal supervision. • Complete PLC application modifications in an online, critical environment • Troubleshoot and resolve PLC & SCADA, network, and other critical control system issues during an incident. • Support data center operational and commissioning activities to ensure optimal performance of systems with mission critical features. • Technical Automation Systems interface with VDC Design and Construction Partners. • Support data center commissioning activities, including validation of hardware and software systems, alarming, data recovery, and functional logic. • Support training of DC Operations in the use of the SCADA system and for continuous improvement opportunities [Duties] • Support design, development & delivery (commissioning) activities and work collaboratively with consultants, suppliers, and system integrators to ensure all field devices are properly configured with the correct network addressing details. • Coordinate integration support schedules, allowing for sufficient time to program, test, and commission mission critical control systems. • Examine project documents, including Sequences of Operation, Bill of Materials, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Network Topologies, BMS Panel Drawing Schemes and project schedules when developing automation logic and visualization applications. • Support in technical review of design, construction, and supply of building management services (BMS) panels • Contractor management and ensuring deliverables are tracked and delivered to schedule. • Support in the design of Controls Architecture Documents to include Networking Topology & IP Scheme for new data centers. • Train Data Center Operations personnel how to troubleshoot the PLC platform for Critical Facility system monitoring and incident investigations. • Support internal automation reviews to align with our company and industry standard specifications with considerations to network optimisation and cyber resilience. • Support the development and implementation of the controls and automation scope for new projects and existing applications. • Collaborate with members of the Design Engineering, and Construction team during project execution, as well the Site Operations team for optimizing existing automation architecture. • Tactically manage leading edge automation systems from large scale industrial controls vendors. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・コンピューターサイエンス、メカトロニクス、または同等の実務経験がある方歓迎。・最低12年の重要プログラムの設計経験をお持ちの方。Allen-Bradley CompactやControl Logix PLCの使用経験をお持ちの方。 ・HVACおよびBAS/BMSの重要制御システムの設計および開発における豊富な経験をお持ちの方。 ・重要環境におけるオートメーションシステム(制御ループ、フィールドIOなど)の専門知識をお持ちの方。 ・効果的なプロセス制御のための計装および制御エンジニアリング設計の豊富な経験をお持ちの方。 ・最先端の大規模ベンダーが製造する産業用PLCシステムの知識をお持ちの方。 ・SCADA、Ignition Platformの設計・開発経験をお持ちの方尚可。 ・データセンターの試運転経験をお持ちの方。 ・プロジェクトおよび技術リソース管理の経験をお持ちの方尚可。 ・25～50%程度の出張が可能な方。(事業の発展に伴い増加する可能性あり) [Skills, Knowledge, and Experience] • Suitable background in Computer Science, Mechatronics or equivalent work experience is desirable but not required. • Minimum 12 years of experience in the design of mission critical programs. E.g. with Allen-Bradley Compact and Control Logix PLCs is essential. • Substantial experience in design and development of mission-critical control systems for HVAC and BAS/BMS • Expert knowledge of automation systems (control loops, field IO, etc.) in a mission critical environment • Substantial experience with instrumentation and control engineering design for effective process control • Knowledge of industrial PLC systems manufactured by leading edge, large-scale vendors. • SCADA ・Ignition Platform design and development experience will be advantage. • Data Center commissioning experience is required. • Project and technical resource management experience is preferred but not required. • Travel required is expected to be 25 to 50% but may increase over time as the business evolves. |
