PURPOSE The Accountant undertakes many aspects of financial accounting, including monthly financial close and reporting, support for audits, expense control, and implementation of accounting policies. In addition, the role will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of finance policies and internal controls policies and procedures to a global standard. The Accountant strengthens BVI’s finance organization in the context of a growth environment and an international group structure. RESPONSIBILITIES • Supports the month-end and year-end close process including preparation of monthly journal entries, asset reviews, expense accruals, account analysis, account reconciliations, and uploads from local ledger to group ledger, and open/close ledger accounting periods – per BVI group timetable. • Supports maintenance of standard costs, ensure inventory reporting is accurate, conduct local site physical inventory counts, and prepare reconciliations – under the governance of the Manufacturing Finance lead. • Supports maintenance of fixed asset subledger and running monthly depreciation, including asset additions and disposals • Reviews and processes travel expense reports • Process payment operation using the web banking system • Assists with payroll processing • Assists with employees’ statutory welfare and other benefits enrollment • Supports group and local financial audits • Supports direct and indirect tax filings and audits • Review existing processes and make recommendations and implement improvements, including implementing group policies and procedures in line with group standard processes |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field and relevant experience.• Experience with general ledger functions, the month-end／year-end close process, creating financial statements. • Accounting software, data manipulation, and administration skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Knowledge of Local GAAP, and IFRS or US GAAP accounting principles and experience• Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar professional qualification |
