| 仕事内容 |
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of Program Managers focused on different markets across APAC and Japan. 2. Act as the key point of contact for key cross-functional stakeholders, in particular our Sales function to lead and contribute to large scale strategic projects. 3. Build strong, strategic relationships with key leaders across Sales, SA agencies and Monetization Integrity teams. 4. Set up realistic and stretching service goals and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving for consistent and solid service performance. 5. Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics with key stakeholders. 6. Seek improvement opportunities by deep diving the customers' requirements and feedback, work with operation manager & quality manager to drive for short-term and long-term resolution. 7. Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency. 8. Closely collaborate with strategy teams, product BP, system PMO, policy team, and other key stakeholders to keep enhancing customer satisfaction. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;2. 5+ years' working experience in quality management role in a major tech or media company, ads or content review experience is a plus; 3. 5+ years' working experience in sales management with proven ability to navigate, resolve and manage complex situations/stakeholders/expectations. 4. Fluent English in both written and spoken; Japanese speaking is a plus; 5. Deep understanding of service management and service delivery; 6. Customer oriented, good listening, smart balance with business management and operation perspective; 7. Good information analysis and interpret capability; |
