Business Development Representative 職務内容 Our sales team works with best-in-class products which digitally transform real-time operations for our clients. As a member of the our BDR team, you will hold a key position in the development and growth of our sales pipeline. A successful BDR will play a strong role in fueling the continued growth and evolution of our company. You will support the Account Executives team as you follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer’s unique needs and clearly convey the value of our products. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized team player. This role will allow you to gain exposure to all aspects of the sales cycle and the ability to have a hand in some of the hottest opportunities we work on, in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. Our collaborative Sales culture is dedicated to our team's personal advancement, growth, and development while we continue to maintain a rewarding environment. ●How You Impact Our Vision ・Identify ideal customer profiles and perform cold outreach to drive sales pipeline and top of funnel growth including driving new business through buying centres ・Collaborate successfully with Marketing to call into leads generated from our marketing efforts to drive quality net new opportunities, and consistent pipeline revenue growth ・Assist in driving unique marketing campaigns to generate new leads ・Call into existing clients to generate new opportunities by cross-selling other technologies in our portfolio, working within a book of business with respective Account Executive(s). ・Qualify marketing leads in a fast yet efficient manner, and provide internal feedback on campaign results (e.g. Rundeck, Customer Services) ・Consistent outreach activity using different channels of communication such as phone calls, email, LinkedIn, etc ・Work closely with Sales Directors to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close ・Perform lead qualification calls to determine which of our products is the best fit for the prospect ・Occasionally support sales and marketing with onsite presence at trade shows ・Work on projects to improve our sales processes and approaches both within the region and globally, such as helping iterate our pitches and messaging ・Provide a feedback loop to enable continuous process improvement. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Minimum Qualifications:.2+ years of previous experience in both an inbound and also outbound Sales role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/monthly quotas Start-up technology company experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, organizational, verbal and written Manage large customer call volume on a daily basis through strong phone presence and effective communication Driven to get results and achieve goals while maintaining top level integrity and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team player, and “Hunter” mentality to drive new qualified pipeline generation/growth Team player who brings a positive spirit and energy and contributes to a great culture Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
