IT Business & Financial Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in ensuring that all strategic IT initiatives align with the goals and requirements of the business. In addition, the role also contributes to the general financial management and controls, risk management, identifying and developing business cases for technology driven solutions and transformative projects or programs. Working closely with the head of IT division, the role is expected to help run the Technonlogy division in the most effective manner. • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and understanding on both sides. • Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. • Analyze financial and related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support informed business decisions. • Ensure data integrity and quality for accurate reporting and decision-making. • Ensure that stakeholders are prepared for and informed about changes resulting from IT initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance business operations. • Analyse various financial reports, identify and highlight risks and opportunities to various stakeholders and take remesial measures • Representing the technology function, follow up with various internal and external stakeholders on agreed action items for critical strategic initiatives • Support preparation of annual budget requests, tracking of Capex and OPex costs • Ability to anticipate potential financial challenges and develop proactive strategies. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 【MUST】• Excellent data driven analytical and critical thinking skills • Effectively analyze and interpret financial data, provide valuable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making • Expertise on MS tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Python etc. • English proficiency (reading and writing level) 【WANT】 • Bilingual Japanse & English • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with various stakeholders • Self motivated • Highly organized • Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is a plus |
