水上太陽光発電の世界的なシェアを誇る当社は、商品開発兼水上太陽光発電プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントのポジションを募集していま す。各ステークホルダーとの間のコミュニケーションを円滑に行い、プロジェクトが期間内で終わらせるための管理運営を担っていただきます。 フロートの開発、水上太陽光における全工程のオペレーションに関わる大変重要なお仕事です。 TASKS : 職務: 1. Technical support for Sales Japan 1.営業チームに対するテクニカルサポート • As interface between clients and R&D, for any specific technical question • シエル・テールにおける研究開発チームの日本市場の窓口となり、顧客の技術的な質問や依頼に対応する •Prepare technical documents to present to customers and assist the Sales & Development team in presenting to customers. • 営業ならびに事業開発チームが顧客に対して必要な技術資料の準備、作成 • Build the technical offers with the Sales and development team: prepare tender technical documents. • 営業ならびに事業開発チームと連携し、入札案件等に対して技術提案を行う • Provide precise specification to address market needs / requirements inputs to R&D team for new product development. • 市場のニーズや需要に対応する正確な仕様を研究開発チームに伝え、新製品開発に貢献する 2. Technical support for R&D France 2. 本社研究開発チームへの技術サポート • Manage design change development • 設計変更の開発を管理 - Lead technical and industrial feasibilities (design scenario, performances prediction; risks analysis...) 技術面、生産面での実現可能性をリードする。(設計シナリオ、性能予測、リスク分析等) - insure prototyping production and validation - プロトタイプの生産と承認を確実に行う - insure industrial implementation - 生産の実施を確実に行う • Lead competitive technologies benchmark analysis: latest products from competition, technical offer, potential costing (in link with Purchasing • 競合技術ベンチマーク分析を行う:競合他社の最新製品情報、技術提供、潜在的な原価計算(調達関連) 3. Project Management 3. プロジェクトマネージメント ・Manage the project flow from contracting, design, procurement of materials, construction of power plants and grid connection of each power plant by collating information from the various departments in charge of the project. ・各発電所の契約から設計、資材調達、発電所の建設、グリッドコネクトまでのプロジェクトの一連の流れの管理を各部署の担当者から情報を集約しおこなう ・As a project manager, he/she is responsible for coordination and internal coordination with stakeholders involved. ・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、関わるステークホルダーへのコレポンや社内調整を行う 4.Quality support (to business clients) 4. 品質管理サポート (顧客へ向けた) • Assist in claim management: analyze claims from a technical point of view, provide timely and detailed technical reports to customers (8D, 5 whys) • クレーム管理サポート:技術的な観点からクレームを分析し、タイムリーで詳細なテクニカルレポートを顧客に 提供する(8D レポート、なぜなぜ分析等) • Lead problem solving for claim management and manufacturing troubles in our supplier • サプライヤーのクレーム管理および製造トラブルの問題解決をリードする . The interface between customer and Quality and Industry manager in terms of quality issue management 品質問題管理におけるカスタマーと品質管理マネージャーとの調整を行う ・Industry team meeting every week. ・本国とのインダストリーウィークリーミーティングにて情報交換などを行う 5. 【必須（MUST）】 <Preferred experience and skills.必要なスキルと経験>Project management – Understanding of renewable energy project development cycle. 再生可能エネルギープロジェクト開発サイクルの理解 Project milestone planning, budget definition and control, task management, team management, bottleneck identification and issue resolving. プロジェクトのマイルストーン計画、予算定義と管理、タスク管理、チーム管理、ボトルネックの特定と問題解決 Dealing with external clients, vendors to achieve the project milestone. プロジェクトのマイルストーン達成のための外部クライアント、ベンダーとの対応 Product development - Understanding of product development lifecycle (Design to mass production), phase gate process, design specifications, industrial feasibility, mass production launch. 製品開発ライフサイクル(設計から量産まで)、フェーズゲートプロセス、設計仕様、工業的実現可能性、量産立ち上げの理解。 Product cost estimation, optimization through design improvement, design change management. 製品コストの見積もり、設計改善による最適化、設計変更管理 Basics of quality control. 品質管理の基本 Industry specific – In-depth knowledge of solar power plant design. (Or any other renewable energy) 太陽光発電所の設計に関する深い知識。(またはその他の再生可能エネルギー) Sound understanding of local standards (JIS) and guidelines related to renewable energy.
