仕事内容	【背景】当社はブランドの先鋭化、プロダクトの対外的コミュニケーション基盤の策定、採用ブランディングの強化等を近年より具体的に行ってきました。既にグルーバルにおいても徐々に知名度等は上昇基調にありますが、コーポレートブランディング、プロダクトマーケティング、採用関連、従業員エンゲージメント関連の戦略/企画/実行までをよりいっそう進め、当社、プロダクト、関連子会社の価値を高め、それを社内外へと継続的に効率的に届けていく必要性があります。当社のCommunication Design領域は、各ユニットと連携し、当社及びグループのブランドの価値を最大化する事を目的としています。ブランド及びプロダクトの社内外におけるコミュニケーション戦略から各プロジェクト進行までを各部署及びチームと連携して行って頂きます。全社的な課題を解決するという視点を常に持ち、ブランド及びプロダクトのコミュニケーション戦略から最終的なアウトプットまでを手を動かしながら一貫して行う事が求められます。 We have been working to refine its brand, develop an external communications basis for its products, and strengthen its recruitment branding. Although we have already stepped in to increase our recognition in the global market, we need to further advance our corporate branding, product marketing, recruiting, and employee engagement in terms of the strategies, planning, and execution to increase the value of us, its products, and related subsidiaries. The Communication Design of us works closely with the Marketing and Communications team, Administration division, Business division, and Engineering division to maximize the value of us and the Group's brands. Your role involves working with each department and team to develop internal and external communication strategies for the brand and products and execute each project. You are responsible for the consistent execution of the brand and product communication strategy to the final output, always with a view to solving company-wide issues with a hands-on attitude. 【求める人物】クリエイティブディレクターは、ブランド及びプロダクトの社内外におけるコミュニケーション戦略から各プロジェクト進行まで全体的なマネジメントを行います。会社の課題を解決するという視点を常に持ち、ブランド及びプロダクトのコミュニケーション戦略から最終的なアウトプットまで一貫して責任を持ち、自分でも手を動かしながら、各プロジェクトのディレクション及びマネジメントを、社内外調整をしながら行って頂きます。中期的には、Communiction Designチームを組成して頂き、チームを牽引して頂くことを期待しています。 You will be responsible for the overall management of the brand and products, from internal and external communication strategies to the progress of each project. You will be responsible for the brand and products from the communication strategy to the final output, always with the viewpoint of solving the company's problems, and will direct and manage each project, coordinating both internally and externally. 【仕事内容】・Communication Design領域におけるクリエイティブディレクション全般・Communication Design領域の戦略、企画、実行・社外協業先選定及び調整・自分で手を動かしてアウトプットを作成する (1つの専門領域で構いません。例:コピーライティング/グラフィックデザイン/等々) ・プロジェクトマネジメント・予算管理/調整・チーム組成/チームマネジメント・The overall creative direction in the area of Communication Design ・Strategy, planning, and execution in the Communication Design area ・Selection and coordination of external collaborators ・Create outputs by working with your own hands (You may specialize in one area of expertise. e.g. copywriting/graphic design/etc.) ・Project management ・Budget management/adjustment ・Team formation/team management 【チャレンジ・やりがい】・技術的に最先端でかつマーケットも現在形成中の分野で、様々なCommunicatiion Design領域に携われること・自分で課題を見つけ出し、それに対しての施策を生み出していけること・具体的な評価方法、分析方法等も1から策定できること・グローバルなマーケットに対して参入していけること・To be involved in various areas of communication design in a cutting-edge field where the market is currently forming. ・To be able to identify issues in terms of business and products and create concrete concepts to solve them. ・Be able to formulate specific evaluation and analysis methods from scratch. ・Able to enter global markets.
労働条件	給与：※ご経験により応相談勤務地：（雇入れ直後）東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル及び労働者の自宅（変更の範囲）会社の定める場所（テレワークを行う場所を含む）雇用形態：正社員試用期間：あり(二か月) 勤務時間：フレックスタイム制始業：午前6時00分　終業：午後10時00分所定労働時間：8時間/日休日：完全週休二日制（土曜日・日曜日）国民の祝祭日夏期休暇：3日（7月～9月の間で各自取得）※当年7月8月入社の場合を除く年末年始：6日 ※元日を含み会社カレンダーによる年間休日120日以上福利厚生・社会保険完備(厚生年金、健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険) ・通勤手当支給（社内規定に準ずる）・ライフサポート（育児休暇や介護休暇、時短勤務など）・企業型確定拠出年金制度
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・スタートアップな事もありご自身で手を動かしてアウトプットを出しつつマネジメントもできる事・Creative Directorとして最低でも3年のご経験・コピーライティング/グラフィック/動画/いづれか１つにおける専門性・Adobe CC(Illustrator / Photoshop / XD / After Effects / Premier / 等)の使用経験・Figmaの使用経験・新規ブランド構築またはリブランディングのご経験・B2Bクライアントとの協業もしくは就業経験・チームマネジメント・異なる媒体(紙、動画、ウェブサイト、SNS、携帯、等）におけるアウトプット作成及び管理のご経験・ビジネスレベルの日本語・外部協業先のリサーチ及び選定・Proven ability to create and direct high-quality communication design ・Proficient in Digital, Social, Movie, and Print advertising formats and top-of-class creative benchmarks ・Minimum of 10 years of significant experience, including 3 years of management experience. ・Experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional environment. ・Collaborative and team-oriented approach. ・Working experience with global teams ・Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns ・Experience managing a high volume of creative projects in parallel ・Significant experience in technology marketing, whether leading creative efforts to tell the stories of products and people to increase their values ・Fluent in English & Conversational in Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】・ビジネスレベルの英語・テックカンパニーにおけるご経験・海外においての就業経験(複数年) ・採用関連での企画、施策立案、実行のご経験・Experience in a tech company ・Experience working overseas ・Experience in planning, developing, and executing recruiting-related initiatives 【求める人物像】現状は、スタートアップな事もあり、ご自身で自発的にリードして頂き、泥臭く手を動かし、アウトプットを出して頂く事が求められる環境ではあります。他の観点から見ると、自分の領域を限定されずに働ける環境でもあり、ご自身の働きたい環境を自分自身で作っていけるフェーズでもあります。エンジニアベースの組織な事もあり、Designやクリエイティブに対しての社内での理解度を上げていく必要性のある状況ではありますが、協力的な方は多く、コミュニケーションは取りやすい組織ではあります。コンセプトや方向性等をある程度論理立てて、わかりやすく説明できる、実際に手を動かしてアウトプットベースで議論できる方だと、環境に馴染みやすいかと思います。
