■仕事概要 ポジション：Financial Planning & Analysis 今回募集中のポジションは、担当エリアの予算および予測プロセスの責任者として、定期的な業績評価（店舗売上高、利益率など）および経営上の意思決定プロセスをサポートする為の報告書作成および経営分析をご担当いただきます。また、必要に応じて、ビジネスの実現可能性を評価を目的とした潜在的な新規プロジェクト（オープン、移転など）のシミュレーションの実行も発生します。 ■責務 •予算と予測プロセス •ビジネスパートナーとして経営陣と協力して分析データの提供並びに情報に基づいたビジネス上の意思決定のサポート •事業可能性調査をサポートを目的とした潜在的な新規出店評価の実行 •他部門の責任者や運用チームと緊密に連携して、パフォーマンスの向上とコスト削減の機会の特定・提案 •店舗のパフォーマンスの定期的なレビューの実施： - 店舗販売実績 - 店舗運営コストと利益率 - 店舗レベルの人件費、賃貸料、その他の主な支出 - その他Ad-hockで必要に応じたレビュー •会社のリスク管理において積極的な役割を果たし、内部統制手順を定義します。 •会社またはグループレベルで必要な月次報告をサポートするために、会計チームと協力します。 •他部門と連携したアドホックプロジェクトの実行 ■社内外の主なステークホルダー •内部 ・本社財務部 •小売チーム ・繊維チーム •人事 ・コンサルタント（外部） ・監査役（外部） ■会社概要 当社は、イタリア発祥のラグジュアリーブランドです。 1924年の誕生からこれまで、カシミヤ・ウールなどの素材にこだわり続けてきました。 世界各地を渡り歩いて見つけた、ベビーカシミヤ。ペルーの希少価値の高い伝統素材、ビキューナ。 この他にも、様々な最高級品質の素材を取り揃え、セレブリティを魅了しています。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ■Job Summary The Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for the budget and forecasting processes of his/her reference area. Draws up the reporting and business analysis aimed to support the periodical business performance review (store sales performance, margins, etc.) and operative decision process. Performs, where required, simulations on potential new projects (openings, relocation, ..) in order to evaluate the business feasibility. ■Responsibilities •Is responsible for the budget and forecasting processes. •Collaborates as a business partner with the Company’s management in order to provide valuable analysis and helps in making informed business decisions. •Performs evaluations on potential new openings in order to support the business feasibility study. •Closely works with the heads of other departments and the operational teams in order to identify and propose performance improvement and cost reduction opportunities. •Performs periodical store performance review, including but not limited to: oStore sales performance oStore operating costs and margins oPersonnel costs, rental expenses and other main expenditures at the store level •Plays an active role in Company risk management and defines internal control procedures. •Works with the accounting team in order to support the monthly reporting required at Company level. •Collaborates with other Functions for ad hoc projects, if required. ■Main internal and external stakeholders Internal •HQ Finance Department •Retail Team •Textile Team •HR External •Consultants •Auditors |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •日本語・英語:ビジネスレベル•ERP、レポート、予算システムに関する実践的な知識 •少なくとも 8 ～ 10 年の関連業務経験と、財務およびビジネス分析における最低 4 年の実務経験 •5年以上のスーパーバイザー経験 •財務プロセスにおいて高水準の企業での勤務経験 •高度な会計原則と手順に関する知識 •優れた財務洞察力と分析スキル •実証済みのリーダーシップと問題解決スキル •チームワークの姿勢とオープンマインド •Fluency in both English and Japanese •Working knowledge of ERP, reporting and budget systems •At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 4 years in financial and business analysis •5 year supervisor experience •Working experience in companies with high standards in Finance processes •Knowledge of advanced accounting principles and procedures •Strong financial acumen and analytical skills •Proven leadership and problem-solving skills •Teamworking attitude and open-minded 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・下記いづれか複数のご経歴がある方を優遇しております。•金融、経済学、または関連分野の大学の学位。金融の大学院学位またはMBAはプラスです •複数の場所に直営店を持つ国際的な小売ブランドでの勤務経験は優遇します •MS Office Suite、HFM、SAP FIの熟練度があれば尚可 •University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; a postgraduate degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus •Working experience in international retail brands with directly operated stores in different locations is a plus •Proficiency with MS Office Suite, HFM and SAP FI is a plus |
