仕事内容	Autonomous Driving Researchers lead the research and development of cutting edge autonomous driving systems with the aim of expanding the technological capabilities of the autonomous driving software project. Our company uses autonomous driving software, a widely used open source autonomous driving software stack, to provide a wide range of applications, solutions and services related to autonomous driving. Autonomous Driving Researchers lead the research and development of cutting edge autonomous driving systems with the aim of expanding the technological capabilities of project. Applicants must have a strong publication record in a related field, a Phd, and have demonstrated the ability to lead technological innovation in academia and/or industry. Ideally applicants will have an established research career with evidence of high achievement (academic prizes, high impact papers, contribution to industry etc). Applications to this role should include an English resume that conveys the depth of the applicants expertise and details the contributions of their research experience. Autonomous driving Researchers will: ・Develop technology to solve actual problems in cooperation with engineers in various technical fields ・Research novel autonomous driving solutions with the goal of operation on public roads ・Publish and present research results at international academic conferences ・Investigate, verify and extend cutting edge research papers on autonomous driving technology ・Contribute autonomous driving technology to OSS
労働条件	給与：※ご経験により応相談勤務地：（雇入れ直後）東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル及び労働者の自宅（変更の範囲）会社の定める場所（テレワークを行う場所を含む）雇用形態：正社員試用期間：あり(二か月) 勤務時間：フレックスタイム制始業：午前6時00分　終業：午後10時00分所定労働時間：8時間/日休日：完全週休二日制（土曜日・日曜日）国民の祝祭日夏期休暇：3日（7月～9月の間で各自取得）※当年7月8月入社の場合を除く年末年始：6日 ※元日を含み会社カレンダーによる年間休日120日以上福利厚生・社会保険完備(厚生年金、健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険) ・通勤手当支給（社内規定に準ずる）・ライフサポート（育児休暇や介護休暇、時短勤務など）・企業型確定拠出年金制度
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 1： In the field of autonomous driving or robotics in general the applicant must have extensive experience of one or more of the following: ・Perception: camera, LiDAR or RADAR sensing, filtering, processing and sensor fusion; object detection, multi-object tracking, behavior prediction ・Localization/Mapping: SLAM or Bayesian filtering based localization ・Planning: route planning, high level behavior planning, trajectory planning ・Control: vehicle motion control, optimal control theory, robust control, system identification 2： Proficiency in programming with one or more of ・C++, ROS/ROS2, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter, Matlab 3： Language proficiency: ・Research working language is English: applicants should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English on technical topics. ・Researchers work closely with the development team, therefore the ability to discuss technical matters in Japanese is highly regarded. 4：Research Experience: ・PhD degree in a related field ・Strong publication record in relevant disciplines OR demonstrable industrial research experience proposing and delivering novel contributions (please include a list of selected publications highlighting high impact works, academic awards, or equivalent industrial research achievements) ・Demonstrated theoretical and working knowledge of relevant algorithms and computational frameworks 【歓迎（WANT）】・Record of contribution to OSS ・Experience developing self-driving cars or autonomous mobile robots ・Knowledge of machine learning theory and applications ・Experience in Linux and embedded systems ・Japanese language proficiency
