Example of your responsibilities: ・Conducting research and development of autonomous driving functions, working within teams focused on specific areas such as Planning/Control, Sensing/Perception, and Localization ・Developing, integrating, and evaluating new autonomous driving functions to meet the needs of our domestic and international customers ・Improving autonomous driving system development environment to enhance efficiency and performance

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの業務経験・Linux上でのソフトウェア開発経験・C++またはPythonによる実装経験・自動運転、自律走行システムの特定領域における専門知識もしくはビジネス会話レベルの日本語スキル Required Skills And Experience: ・Work experience in autonomous driving, self-driving systems, or robotics ・Experience in software development on Linux ・Experience in implementation using C++ or Python ・Expertise in a specific domain of autonomous driving and self-driving systems, or proficiency in Japanese at a business conversational level 【歓迎（WANT）】・英語での読み書き・ROSまたはROS 2を用いた開発経験・自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの開発経験・技術関連の大会出場経験（プロコン、ロボコン、つくばチャレンジ等）・ソフト/ハードにまたがるシステムインテグレーションの経験・OS、ミドルウェア、ロボット制御の開発経験・チーム開発経験・Autowareの理解・機械学習、制御工学、画像処理、点群処理、自己位置推定、経路計画及びその他自律移動システムの要素技術に関する知識、学位、研究経験・ISO26262やそれに準ずる安全規格に関する知識・CI/CDに関する知識 What makes you stand out: ・Experience in development using ROS or ROS 2 ・Proficiency in reading and writing in English/Japanese ・Experience in the development of autonomous driving, autonomous systems, and any other robots ・Experience participating in technology-related competitions (such as programming contests, robot competitions, etc.) ・Experience in system integration across software and hardware ・Experience in OS, middleware, and robot control software development ・Experience in software development in a team ・Knowledge of Autoware ・Research experience or knowledge of machine learning, control engineering, image processing, point cloud processing, localization, path planning, and other technologies related to autonomous driving systems ・Knowledge of ISO 26262 or equivalent safety standards ・Knowledge of CI/CD 【求める人物像】・Open Sourceコミュニティへの貢献に意欲のある方・ユーザー目線を持ってシステム開発に取り組める方・社外関係者と協調性を持って開発を進められる方・ベンチャー企業ならではの成長ステージを楽しめる方 In addition to the technical qualifications, we value candidates who possess the following desired characteristics: ・Willingness to contribute to the Open Source community ・Ability to approach software development from a user-centered perspective ・Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with external partners ・Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to take on the unique challenges and opportunities
