【募集背景】 この10年間成長を続けてきた当社は、2024年と2025年の2年間を次なる目標達成のための重要な期間と位置付け、堅実な成長の基礎を築こうとしています。この２年の間に、将来に必要とされる中核的能力を備えた新世代の商業モデルに軸足を移そうと考えており、本ポジションは、その変革の実現をするため、戦略を明確にし成功させるために、機能横断的な連携と協力を推進することが求められます。 【業務内容】 ●コマーシャルエクセレンス(CE)チーム間のコミュニケーションとビジネスユニット(BU)とのプロジェクトデリバリーをリードする主要な窓口となる。 ・BUのニーズに対応するためのアプローチ/メッセージの一貫性を確保するため、CEチーム全体を指揮し最適化する。 ・CEチームのBUチームとのコミュニケーションをリードする。 ・BUにおける重要なCEプロジェクト管理をサポートする。 ●BUの戦略と目標を成功裏に実現するための信頼できるパートナーとしての役割を担う。 ・BUの戦略と優先事項を理解する。 ・分析の結果と、CE/APAC Center of Excellenceチームの見識を活用して戦略を検証/強化する。 ・重要なBUプロジェクト管理をサポートする。 ●BUの洞察と経験を活用したCE戦略とアプローチの強化を行う。 ・CE チームと緊密に連携し、CE のイニシアチブ/ソリューションがBU のニーズ/優先事項に合致するようにする。 ・BUの視点から知見を提供し、BUのパフォーマンスを促進する効果的なCE戦略/優先事項を定義する。 ●当社全体のコマーシャルトランスフォーメーションとベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。 ・BU全体のベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。 ・当社の商業化モデルを継続的に強化するための新しいアイデア/イニシアチブを開始する。 ※担当いただくDisease areaは、これまでのご経験及び面接の結果を加味して決定します。 After 10 years of continuous growth, our business is faced with two years of solid growth in 2024 and 2025. This is an important period to ensure successful delivery of our performance goals. As importantly, this is a great opportunity to pivot towards new generation commercial model with core capabilities needed for the future. The Strategic Program Manager plays a critical role in clarifying our strategies for the transformation and driving cross functional alignment and collaboration to deliver success. ●Key point of contact leading cross Commercial Excellence (CE) team communications and project delivery with Business Unit (BU) ・Orchestrate across CE teams to ensure consistency of approach/ message to address BU needs ・Lead CE team communications with BU ・Support project management of critical CE initiatives in BU ●Trusted partner to enable successful delivery of BU strategy and goals ・Understand BU strategy and priorities ・Validate/ enhance strategy leveraging analytics outcome, CE/ APAC Center of Excellence team insights ・Provide project management support to critical BU initiatives ●Enhance CE strategy and approach with BU insights and experiences ・Work closely with CE teams to ensure CE initiatives/solutions aligns with BU needs/ priorities ・Provide insights from BU perspective to define effective CE strategies/ priorities to drive BU performance ●Promote company wide commercial transformation and best practice sharing ・Promote best practice sharing across BU ・Initiate new ideas/ initiatives to continuous enhance our commercialization model *The area of BU you will be in charge will be decided based on your experience and result of interview |

【必須（MUST）】 【能力・スキル】・製薬業界もしくはコンサルティング企業にて製薬業界のクライアントを担当し、マーケティングや新製品ロンチ、薬価策定などハイレベルな戦略企画を担当したことがある方 ・強力な戦略的思考をお持ちの方。 ・学習速度が速い方。 ・幅広い機能横断的なステークホルダーと協働し、影響を与える能力をお持ちの方。 ・高いプロジェクト管理能力をお持ちの方。 ・優れた分析的洞察力をお持ちの方。 ・ビジネス日本語/英語スキルをお持ちの方。 【Required Capability & Skills】 ・Deep understanding of Pharma business and key factors to drive success ・Strong strategic thinker ・Fast learner ・Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross functional stakeholders ・Strong project management skills ・Good analytical acumen ・Business Japanese/English 【歓迎（WANT）】 【経験】・BUでのマーケティング/営業/戦略経験をお持ちの方尚可。 ・プロジェクト管理/コンサルティング経験をお持ちの方尚可。 【Experience】 ・Marketing/sales/ strategy experience at BU is a plus ・Project management/consulting experience a plus |
