【募集ポジション】 このポジションは、高度な専門知識を必要とするエンジニアリングプロジェクトまたは研究を計画、実施、指揮していただきます。幅広い領域において、エンジニアリングの原則と実践に関する包括的かつ多様な知識を適用し、業務を行うことが求められます。 【業務内容】 ・コンプライアンスに沿った、最適な職場環境を維持するため、ハウスキーピング、造園、害虫駆除、設備メンテナンスの業者の派遣を監督する。 ・建物のインフラや機械設備、製造システム、電気設備の予防保守を確実に行い、研究所をサポートする。 ・コスト、経費などの予算管理を行いながら、プロジェクト完了のための優先順位とタイムラインを作成し、推進する。 ・文書管理のため、指定された手順とフォーマットで記録し、ファイルや記録を詳細に検証する。 ・予算管理のために、設備、設置、人員、材料、準備、その他の関連費用を含む設計費用の暫定見積りを提出する。 ・複雑な運営要件および建築・安全法規を満たすために必要な施設・設備の基準および性能仕様について助言する。 ・インシデント調査を実施し、結果を文書化する。 ・日本法人の状況、グローバルでのプロセス/規制の変更などについてグローバルチームとコミュニケーションをとる。 ＜その他＞ <GMP関連業務＞ ・環境検証を計画、実施する。 ・逸脱確認、変更管理を含むGMP関連業務を遂行する。 ・測定器を校正する。 ・上記に関連する他部門との折衝、調整(特に品質・製造部門)を行う。 <安全性関連作業＞ ・安全性関連手順を実践する。 ・新規設備導入時の安全関連機能の確認を行う。 ・EHS委員会への参加と年間計画の作成・実施を行う。 ・業者への安全指導を行う。 <Position Summary> Plans, conducts and directs engineering projects or studies including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of a specialized field. Applies comprehensive and diverse knowledge of engineering principles and practices within broad assignment areas. <Main Role & Responsibilities> ・Oversees the deployment of contracted housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and facilities maintenance in order to ensure compliance and contribute to an optimum work environment. ・Ensures preventive maintenance of building utilities and machinery, manufacturing systems, mechanical and electromechanical equipment, and provides laboratory support. ・Creates and drives priorities and timelines for project completion while working to control costs, expenses, and manage to budgets. ・Presents finalized procedures in defined formats for document control and diligently verifies files and records for historical purposes. ・Submits ad-hoc estimates of design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related expenses for budgetary purposes. ・Provides criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes. ・Conducts incident investigations and documents outcomes. ・Communicates with global team about Japan situation, global process/regulation change, etc. <Other Responsibilities> <GMP related work> ・Planning and execution of environmental validation ・GMP related work including deviation and change control ・Calibration on measuring instrument ・Negotiation and coordination with other departments related to the above (especially quality and production department) <Safety related work> ・Practice of safety related procedures ・Confirmation of safety-related functions when introducing new equipment ・Participation in EHS committees and preparation and implementation of annual plan ・Safety guidance to contractors |

【必須（MUST）】 <必要なスキル/資格>・ビジネスレベルの英語力（テレカンファレンスに一人で出られるレベル） ・機械、電気、建築分野において学士号以上をお持ちの方。 ・4～6年の工場設備関連の経験をお持ちの方（製薬業界以外でも可能） ・MS Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlookスキルをお持ちの方。 ・Auto Desk、AutoCADスキルをお持ちの方。 <Required Skills/Certifications> ・University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent of Mechanical, Electrical or Architect ・Generally requires (4-6) years related experience ・MS Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlook ・Auto Desk AutoCAD ・Fluent in Japanese (JLTP 1) and Business Level in English (TOEIC 750+) |
