仕事内容	IT Project Manager - Insurance Industry Role Summary: Manage successful delivery of business-critical projects within the company (e.g. product launches, operational improvements, Regulatory/Compliance, System migration) Contribute to the improvement and strengthening of project governance and service quality to the business Job Description: Lead cross-functional, multinational project teams to deliver business-critical projects Drive decisions regarding project priorities/business requirements to manage project scope, budget, resources/issues and delivery risks Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with internal procedures and policies Build & maintain working relationships with IT and business stakeholders for project control Contribute to improving the overall service level of the PPO(Portfolio & Project Office) to the business Improve project delivery capabilities (e.g number of projects that can be released at the same time, etc.) while keeping the quality and cost-effectiveness Qualifications: Thorough understanding of insurance products and insurance operations Possesses excellent leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills to lead cross-functional teams and coach/advise peers and staff Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to adapt to changes + ability to manage budgets and resource capacity Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) Team player, self-motivated, confident and results-driven Requirements: 5 or more years in the insurance industry (,Life preferred) 5 or more years experience of senior system engineer or business analyst 5 or more years of experience managing business critical projects end to end (experience across PMLC and SDLC) Past experience specifically managing large-scale programs or projects Past experience specifically managing CX improvement, other strategic projects preferred and core business operational enhancements in life insurance company including mandatory initiatives complying with laws and regulations as well as audit remediations are must -- ITプロジェクトマネージャー - 保険業界役割概要社内のビジネスクリティカルなプロジェクト（商品立ち上げ、業務改善、規制/コンプライアンス、システム移行など）を成功に導く。プロジェクトガバナンスの改善と強化、ビジネスへのサービス品質の向上に貢献する。職務内容部門横断的な多国籍プロジェクトチームをリードし、ビジネスクリティカルなプロジェクトを遂行するプロジェクトの優先順位/ビジネス要件に関する意思決定を推進し、プロジェクトのスコープ、予算、リソース/課題、デリバリーリスクを管理する。成果物の品質と社内手順およびポリシーの遵守を確認する。プロジェクト管理のため、ITおよびビジネス利害関係者との協力関係を構築・維持するビジネスに対するPPO（ポートフォリオ＆プロジェクトオフィス）の全体的なサービスレベルの向上に貢献する。品質と費用対効果を維持しながら、プロジェクトデリバリー能力（例：同時にリリースできるプロジェクト数など）を向上させる。資格保険商品および保険業務に関する深い理解クロスファンクショナル・チームを率い、同僚やスタッフを指導・助言する優れたリーダーシップ、外交能力、モチベーション・スキルを有する。変化に対応できる企画・組織力、予算・リソース管理能力優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭、書面、プレゼンテーション）チームプレーヤー、自発的、自信家、結果重視の方必須条件保険業界における5年以上の経験（生命保険業界経験者優遇）上級システムエンジニアまたはビジネスアナリスト経験5年以上 5年以上のビジネスクリティカルなプロジェクトをエンドツーエンドで管理した経験（PMLCとSDLCを横断した経験）過去に大規模なプログラムやプロジェクトを管理した経験生命保険会社におけるCX改善、その他の戦略的プロジェクト、コア業務強化（法令遵守、監査対応等）の管理経験
