仕事内容	仕事内容ポジションの概要ネットワーク・オートメーション・エンジニアとして、グローバル集中ネットワーク管理プラットフォームの開発をリードしていただきます。このプラットフォームは、各地域のLAN環境を可視化し、ルーチンタスクを自動化し、ネットワークコンプライアンスを確保し、サイバーセキュリティ対策を強化することで、運用管理に革命をもたらすよう設計されています。 Job Description: Position Overview: As a Network Automation Engineer, you will lead the development of a Global Centralized Network Management Platform. This platform is designed to revolutionize operational management by providing visibility into regional LAN environments, automating routine tasks, ensuring network compliance, and fortifying cybersecurity measures.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】主な責務 - 最先端のグローバル集中型ネットワーク管理プラットフォームの設計、実装、保守 - 各地域のLAN環境を包括的に可視化し、インシデントのトラブルシューティングを迅速に行う。 - ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアの標準に準拠していることを確認するためのネットワーク活動の文書化 - 各地域のインフラ・ファイアウォールを把握し、サイバーセキュリティを強化する。 - 地域LAN環境へのシームレスなアクセスのための単一管理コンソールの開発 - 高度な自動化ツール機能の実装による運用効率の向上 - ローカルデバイスのパスワード変更、ACL更新、スイッチポートのアクティブ化/シャットダウンなど、日常的な変更の自動化 - 部門横断的なチームと緊密に連携して要件を収集し、革新的なソリューションを実装する - ネットワーク管理および自動化における業界トレンドや新技術の動向を常に把握する Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain a state-of-the-art Global Centralized Network Management Platform • Provide comprehensive visibility into regional LAN environments to expedite troubleshooting of incidents • Document network activity to ensure compliance with hardware and software standards • Enhance cybersecurity by gaining insight into regional infra firewalls • Develop a single management console for seamless access to regional LAN environments • Implement advanced automation tooling features to boost operational efficiencies • Automate routine changes, including local device password modifications, ACL updates, and switchport activations/shutdowns • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement innovative solutions • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in network management and automation 【歓迎（WANT）】資格 - コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号 - ネットワーク管理ツールおよび自動化ソリューションの設計および実装における実績のある経験 - LAN環境、ファイアウォール、ネットワークセキュリティに関する深い理解 - スクリプトおよび自動化ツール（Python、Ansibleなど）に精通していること - ネットワークの文書化とコンプライアンスの実践経験 - サイバーセキュリティのベストプラクティスに精通していること - 優れたトラブルシューティングと問題解決スキル - 強力なコミュニケーションとコラボレーションスキル Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience in designing and implementing Network Management Tools & Automation solutions • Strong understanding of LAN environments, firewalls, and network security • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) • Experience with network documentation and compliance practices • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills 望ましい資格 - 関連資格（Cisco CCNP、CompTIA Network+など） - グローバルチームでの業務経験 - 顧客対応業務の経験この職務には、自立してチーム環境で働けるセルフスターターが必要です。ネットワーク・ツール・アンド・オートメーション・エンジニアは、積極的で、細部にまでこだわることができ、顧客重視の強いアプローチを持っている必要があります。 Preferred Qualifications: • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Network+) • Experience working with global teams • Previous experience in a client-facing role This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment. The Network Tools and Automation Engineer should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong customer-focused approach.
