仕事内容 仕事内容 Responsibility: 

1. 高出力レーザー COS およびデバイスのプロセス アーキテクチャ設計、およびプロセス要件仕様の分解、レーザー設計、およびプロセス量産導入を担当します。
2. 高出力レーザー COS およびデバイスのパッケージングおよびテストプロセスの開発と最適化、および主要なプロセスの問題点に関する技術研究を担当します。
3. 寿命評価、経年劣化戦略、故障分析、問題箇所の改善など、デバイスの信頼性設計と検証を担当します。
4. 業界の高出力レーザーパッケージング関連技術の主要な傾向と進歩についての洞察を得ること、およびこの分野の関連技術の計画とレイアウトを担当する。

1. Take charge of the Systematic design of packaging and assembling process for high-power laser COS and device, and responsible for setting targets for the area, LD design and process introduction into mass production
2. Responsible for developing and optimizing the assembling and testing process for high-power laser COS and device, technical research on key process difficulties;
3. Responsible for device reliability design and verification, including service life evaluation, burn in strategy, failure analysis, and locate and optimize problems.
4. Track and gain insight into the leading trends and progress of laser device assembling related technologies in the industry, and plan and deploy related technologies in the domain.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2. Proven experience in chip design, epitaxial growth or process development of Blue semiconductor laser.
3. Experience in mass production of high-power Blue laser chips is preferred.

3. 高出力の青色レーザーチップの大量生産の経験が望ましい。
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Experienced in designing and developing the RGB COS and device packaging and assembling process for display/lighting system.
2. Capable of designing and developing optical device packaging, and experienced in high-power LD in mass production；
3. Familiar with the entire process of high-power laser technology, including but not limited to chip & COS patching, wiring, capping, coupling, testing and burn-in, etc.；
【C&Q Requirements】
1. Be familiar with the working principles, structures, assembling, and system applications of display/lighting devices.
2. Equipped with a solid theoretical foundation in optical systems, optoelectronic chips, materials science, etc"
