Other role expectations are as follows but is not limited to: • Create a brand plan that maximizes the value of the brand, aligning it with the global strategic direction. This involves conducting thorough market analysis and research through a cross-functional approach. Adopt a patient-centric approach for the development of the responsible brand strategy and action plan, aiming to maximize its value. • Executing the brand plan to achieve performance objectives involves creating a tactical operational plan and promotional aids aligned with the brand/therapeutic area (TA) strategy and promotional code. Ensure excellent interaction with the Sales team to enhance the brand through the effective execution of the brand plan. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to continually improve the plan. • As a representative from company, the role will serve as an affiliate for the co-creation of the global brand strategy and core materials in collaboration with the Global Brand Team and other CBT members from affiliates. Co-create global promotion aids that align with the brand strategy, as well as ensure alignment with globally provided content (eCVA) for the development of detail aids, and clearly explain/justify any deviations in our affiliate. • Create and monitor an efficient budget plan, including diligent vendor management, and amend budget plan flexibly in line with the environmental change. The role should also comply with industrial rules and obtains internal approvals for HCPs (healthcare professionals) communication. • Ensure cross functional aligned LCM plans that raise the value and competitive differentiation of the brand into the future. The role is also expected to pursue the Company's Way for decision making and behaviors, as well as plan and propose continuous improvement of tasks (cLEAN etc..) |

【必須(MUST)】 • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with product marketing experience related to rare diseases area. Also, product launch experience is preferred.• Must have knowledge on pharmaceutical market and competitors, as well as laws and regulations, distribution system, industry rules, and business ethics, and the basics of the drug price policy and reimbursement systems and can make the best use of the knowledge to work. • Knows the basics of marketing concepts and lifecycle management, including STP, 4P analysis, SWOT analysis, AIDMA/AISAS like processes, promotion cycles, key issues of branding, and strategy development. • Strong experience working closely and advising KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), with basic knowledge of digital marketing including omni-channel approach, Bio-statistics and rationale of clinical studies. • Must have excellent English communication skills and can convey clear messages accurately, having a critical and logical mindset. |
