■ About the role As the first designer, you will be responsible for UI/UX design of products and design of marketing tasks such as banners and flyers. Collaborating with the product manager and other teams with a background in design, you will take the lead in solving issues and growing the business through "design". You will be involved in the entire process from upstream to downstream, including finding issues on your own, planning measures, setting hypotheses, information design, UI design, interaction design, and verification. ■ Responsibilities ・Planning product measures, setting hypotheses, information design, UI design, interaction design, and verification ・Marketing design of banners, flyers, etc. ■Tools used/development environment Design tools Figma Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) ■Communication tools Notion Slack Github ーーー ■ ポジションについて 一人目のデザイナーとして、プロダクトのUI/UX設計、バナーやフライヤーなどのマーケティング業務におけるデザインなどを担っていただきます。デザイナー出身のプロダクトマネージャーや他チームと協業し、「デザイン」による課題解決と事業成長を主導します。自ら課題を発見し、施策立案、仮説設定、情報設計・UI設計・インタラクション設計、検証まで上流から一貫した業務に携わっていただきます。 ■ 業務内容 ・プロダクトの施策立案、仮説設定、情報設計・UI設計・インタラクション設計、検証 ・バナーやフライヤーなどのマーケティングデザインなど ■ 使っているツール/開発環境 デザインツール ・Figma ・Adobe CC（Photoshop, Illustrator等） ■コミュニケーションツール ・Notion ・Slack ・Github |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ■ Minimum Qualifications・Experience in UI/UX design at a business or production company. ・Experience in design tasks while communicating with directors or engineers. ・Experience in design using Figma. ーーー ・事業会社もしくは制作会社でのUIUXデザイン経験 ・ディレクターまたはエンジニアと対話しながら、デザイン業務した経験 ・Figmaを用いたデザイン経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■ Desirable Qualifications・Experience in user research, such as conducting user interviews. ・Experience in interaction design. ・Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts. ・Experience in building or operating design systems. ・Experience in implementing designs using no-code tools (e.g., STUDIO). ・Comfortable with communication in English. ーーー ・ユーザーインタビューなどのユーザーリサーチ経験 ・インタラクションデザインの経験 ・HTML/CSSの基礎的な概念の理解 ・デザインシステムの構築または運用の経験 ・ノーコードツール（STUDIO等）での実装のご経験 ・英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方 ■ Ideal Candidate Profile ・Those who can take ownership of the project, from discovering issues to implementing measures. ・People who love the act of "design" ・People who can communicate well with other teams. ---- ・自らオーナーシップを持って、課題発見から施策実行まで回せる方 ・「デザイン」という行為が好きな方 ・他チームとのコミュニケーションを大事にできる方 |
