【洋上風力 村上胎内のプロジェクト/ 洋上風力タービンの設計検討】 As an Offshore Structural Engineer, you will support the design of primary structural steel for offshore wind turbines as part of the Murakami Tainai Offshore Wind project （村上胎内洋上風力プロジェクト） ・Manage the soil－structure interaction activities as part of the design process ・Assist the structural engineering activities during the FEED/Basic, and Detailed Design stages of the project, and then continue supporting the project on into fabrication and construction stages ・Mentor and develop the junior and associate colleagues within the team and across the wider business ・Ensure that all lessons learned from our operating fleet are incorporated into future projects ・Provide technical support to Procurement, Quality and HSSE departments ・Work closely across all interfaces with; internal stakeholders, external design houses, certification authorities, and fabrication contractors to produce cost effective and value－added solutions |

【必須（MUST）】 ・土木or構造工学の学歴Educated to degree level in civil or structural engineering ・多国籍なチームとコミュニケーションが取れる方 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Fluent spoken and written English and Japanese |
