仕事内容	■About us We are developing and operating the memory platform to fulfill our mission of “enabling memory for everyday life". Our goal is to leverage AI and transform painful activities related to memorization into seamless and effortless processes for everyone. By doing so, we aim to unlock a realm of possibilities for each individual, providing them with the keys to realize their full potential. ■Why hires We are growing our capability in language learning with the vision of becoming the most efficient and effective way to reach the CEFR B2 level for any language. We are looking for a talented content architect to structure the contents and curriculum of English learning and make this vision a reality. ■Work Responsibilities As a member of the product team, the content architect has the following responsibilities: - Define and structure the learning goals related to English 4 skills - Define the proper memory content and form for learners to achieve their learning goals - Specify the contents, curriculum, and outcome tests required for our English 4 skills courses for various levels of learners (K-12, Adult learners) - Select the best content and partnerships with publishers regarding learning goals - Design the curriculum regarding learning goals and the user's English mastery level - Design the relevant test to assess learning outcomes - Define and manage the content roadmap - Direct and validate the creation of content when deemed necessary ■Unique Challenges Work on innovative solutions aiming at helping the millions of people struggling with English learning in Japan. As a member of the product team, the content architect will be able to get involved in challenges including, but not limited to: - the product roadmap by identifying the learning gaps - product improvement by collecting feedback and actual learning outcome data - expertise support related to language learning to content managers and business
