仕事内容 |
Some of your key activities will be to: ・Lead patient experience and assists solutions by developing the adherence strategy through awareness of patient needs, identifying bottlenecks, in alignment with multiple stakeholders on the patient journey including payers, prescribers, nurses and pharmacies. Also, aid the medical team to develop relevant adherence training for HCPs (Health Care Professional). ・Develops patient pathway projects and partnerships to drive adherence and implement patient educational activities, projects and events including new digital initiatives for adherence. ・Ensure that the cross-functional team develops and implements methodical plans according to the adherence pillar of the patient journey. ・Share best practice and leads other cross-functional or deliberate projects as required by the business including providing assistance and backup for peers. ・Drive continuous-improvement mindset and proactive sharing of knowledge. |

応募資格 |
