Then you could be the Production Manager we are looking for at our Koriyama Factory (KFA). Apply now and join us! 【About the department】 As our factory in Koriyama is expanding the workforce, this exciting opportunity is now available for production/Supply chain/operation management professional. The position will be anchored in KFA production team, directly reporting to Production Director. 【The position】 As a Production Manager, you will oversee processes executed in shop floors to comply with all the applicable requirements and keep production resource and well resourced, optimized and level-loaded to satisfy the fluctuating demand. You need to ensure the production process is performed in line with short-term production plan. You will also set impactful and stretch targets to drive your team to a higher level standardize, simplify and optimize overall shop floor processes while locally deploying Product supply/Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices strategies such as Training for Competence (TfC), Future finished produce, etc. Other tasks include, but are not limited to: -Labor management such as overtime and occupational health in compliance with relevant regulations (local and global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirement, etc.) -Ensure the shop floor is free from potential and actual dangers and that operators are physically and mentally safe and healthy during work to minimize stress and physical pain. -Ensure the necessary training is continuously and timely provided to operators according to a training plan so they can execute assigned tasks. -Manage, motivate, develop, engage and involve your people and the entire team, focusing on sustainable growth. -Keep having dialogues with your direct subordinates for their performance improvement. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 -Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant fields.-Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operations environment. Experience in production plant and delivering process improvements or change management are strongly preferred. -Experience in people management in positions such as production engineering, supply chain, production management, inventory management, quality control, logistics, etc. (at least 5 people) -Business-level in English (writing and speaking) and Japanese are required. |
