Position holder has key responsibilities not limited to but also includes followings. ・Drive and lead end to end solutioning of Veeva CRM and Align platform operation and implementation ・Lead functional consultancy for all Life Sciences specific CRM modules ・Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs ・Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancements ・Solution Consultant for Veeva CRM platform support and maintenance ・Define life Sciences CRM business processes, integration flows and configuration set－ups ・Develop an in－depth understanding of the product and underlying data assets and models ・Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and non－functional requirements ・Strong customer management experience （presentations, consulting, functional solutions, emerging trends, key business drivers, etc.） ・Enable mentoring and training on CRM platform and functional area ・Responsible for data designing and planning to support business requirements Key working relationships： ・Product Manager, MR, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Head of commercial, Sales Planning/SFE Manager, CRM Manager, IT/MR Support, Medical Affairs, Regional/Global team |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Business operations experience in pharmaceutical industry and understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations・Good knowledge in Veeva CRM and Align mandatory and Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferred ・Ability to use Salesforce Data Loader ・Have an open mindset with ability to self－learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly and apply these to the business problems. ・Business Level English, Fluent Japanese |
