会社の革新的な医療機器の保険戦略、費用対効果（HTA）及びReal World Evidence等の戦略の策定及び実行の業務を行う。 Responsible for the development and implementation of insurance strategies, cost－effectiveness （HTA）, and Real World Evidence for the company's innovative medical devices. Collaborate with internal departments in Japan, APAC/Global, medical experts, and external vendors to create insurance applications （mainly C－class）, negotiate with authorities, and achieve acquisition of appropriate pricing. （日本語） 【職務概要】 ● 革新的な製品の保険戦略を策定及び実行を行う。日本及びAPAC/Global関連部門や医学専門家、外部ベンダーなどと連携し、保険適用希望書（主にC区分）を作成し、行政と折衝の上、適切な価格の獲得を実現する。 ● HTAの戦略策定及び実行を、日本及びAPAC/Global関連部門や医学専門家、アウトソース先などと連携しながら実施する。 ● AMDDなどの医療機器工業会の業界活動へ参加し、業界の最新の政策動向の情報収集及び政策提案を実施する。 ● 日本及びAPAC/Global関連部門、医学専門家及び外部ベンダーと連携しながら、レセプトデータを用いたReal World Evidence創出の研究立案、提案、及び実行を行う。 ● 診療報酬改定のためのサポート業務 （英語） Main Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute insurance strategies for innovative products. Participate in industry activities, such as AMDD, to collect information on the latest policy trends and propose policy changes. ● Collaborate with relevant departments in Japan, APAC/Global, medical experts, and outsourcing partners to formulate and implement HTA strategies. ● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, propose, and execute research using receipt data for Real World Evidence creation. ● Support activities related to reimbursement revision. |

【必須（MUST）】 （日本語）【応募要件】 ● 保険申請の経験 ● 費用対効果分析または医療経済分析の経験 以下の医療業界の経験を有する方は未経験者でも相談可能 又、OJTで主体的に仕事を進める高い学習能力が求められる ● マーケティング/市場分析 ● 臨床開発 ● 薬事 ● 営業 ● 医療レセプトデータ分析経験 【語学力】 ● 英語力：読書および電話会議可能レベル、TOEIC 600点 （英語） Qualifications: ● Experience in insurance application processes. ● Experience in cost－effectiveness analysis or health economic analysis. Individuals with experience in the following medical industry areas are welcome to apply, and those without experience will be considered if they demonstrate a high learning ability to actively progress in the role through OJT: ● Marketing/market analysis ● Clinical development ● Regulatory affairs ● Sales ● Experience in medical receipt data analysis Language Skills: ● English: Reading/Writing ＆ Ability to conduct telephone conferences, TOEIC 600 points 【歓迎（WANT）】 （日本語）【プラスとなる経験】 ● 保険C申請の経験 ● 医療経済に関する学歴 ● 理系大学、大学院出身 （英語） Preferred Experience: ● Experience in C－class insurance applications. ● Educational background in health economics. ● Graduated from a science－related university or graduate school. |
