経理シェアードサービスの中で、経理チームの統括をしていただきます。 複数のマネージャーも含めたチームのリーダーシップを執っていただくため、高いマネージメント能力と知識・経験が求められます • Plan and control closing procedures （monthly /quarterly/yearly） • Maintain properly accounting system and ledgers • Provide management reports to headquarters • Prepare tax returns • Provide analytical reporting to local management and other functions • Plan and control daily/monthly/yearly cash operation • Provide cash forecast • Contribute to Budget and Forecast process of each brand in coordination with Brand Business Controllers （G＆A, Logistics cost） • SSC cost/allocation • Supervise credit management including collection, accounts receivable control, customers investigations • Review and control accounts payable and travel ＆ entertainment expenses • Implement appropriate procedure to maintain internal control system • Provide necessary data/information to external and internal auditors or tax inspectors • Monitor and develop the team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • University Degrees in Economics / Finance /Businessmajor, CPA preferred. • Experience in a foreign company with International Accounting Standard practices • Fluency in English. TOEIC 800 level required for those who have only domestic company experience. • Skills and Personality: － Knowledge of Accounting and Finance theory － Experience in accounting procedure in business operation － Action－oriented － Building effective teams － Planning skills － Priority setting |
