| 仕事内容 |
- Support existing legal team members on the following matters: - Work with legal and product teams globally to review products, features, new applications and initiatives to provide legal risk mitigation strategies to ensure legal compliance and provide practical solutions for TikTok and other products; - Provide legal support to business teams and counsel on a broad range of initiatives, draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements and assist with updating contract templates and legal contracts processes; - Assist in the localization and maintenance of terms and conditions of TikTok and other products in all aspects of their usage, bearing in mind regulations related to national security, privacy and content concerns. - Collaborate with other legal team members to improve processes, provide training, and ensure business needs are met. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 3 years or more experience at a reputable law firm or in-house at a multi-national company- Bar qualification in Japan or overseas a plus - Prior experience working with internet or technology companies a plus - Ability to draft and review English language legal documentation essential - English communication skills essential - Ability to assess legal, practical and business risks in a fast-paced environment and provide sound advice under tight deadlines. - Proven track record of operating independently with minimal oversight, strong attention to detail, ability to support a heavy volume of work across business functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously |
