4. Personnel management （ex: recruitment, training, assessment, labor relations coordination）.
5. Production cost and operation target control and budget preparation.
6. Continuous introduction of innovative management thinking.
7. Implementation of the improvement plan for plant equipment and energy saving and waste reduction projects
8. Project management, control the progress of the project and implement it as scheduled

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Bachelor or master's degree in engineering background.
2. Have practical experience in facility operation and management.
3. More than 5 years of construction site or engineering safety management experience. （Nice to have）
4. More than 3 years of management experience in management （more than 10 people team）
5. Possess project management and communication and coordination skills.
