Your primary tasks will include: • Therapy Area (TA) development is the most important priority with two Critical Success Factors (CSFs), 1) to establish systemic inflammation as an independent Cardiovascular (CV) risk factor, and 2) to position high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) as the biomarker for systemic inflammation in CV disease through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as diagnostic companies and medical societies in the Pre-launch phase. • Support illustrating a launch excellence roadmap (e.g., where to play, how to win/ Go-To-Market) and executing a preparation based on plans and market research. Support building an organizational set-up under Go-to-Market plans including assessment (e.g., organizational size, customer prioritization etc.) • Drive commercialization across the value chain through robust tactical initiatives. • Be an interface for a couple of Global/ International Operations (IO) initiated projects by project management and support leading cross functional team. • Building capacity and capabilities in the new TAs to prepare for launches (starting from -36M of launch) in line with key responsibilities listed above. Gain business insight and market intelligence. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Bachelor's degree or above (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) within Science or Business.• Experience in developing and executing marketing/branding strategy and research (Quant and Qual) with product launch experience in marketing. Has 5 or more years of commercial work experience (Pharmaceutical/ Medica device) ideally. • Experience from working in several tasks, such as KOL management, working well with sales team and Research and Development (R&D) as Partner, TA, portfolio strategy, business development and Alliance etc. are preferable. • Strong personal skills and drive own project experience. International/regional exposure in a large organisation • Fluent in writing and speaking English/Japanese and processes a strategic and analytical mindset, finding opportunities and develop a plan to seize them. |
