Are you a dynamic professional with a track record of building strong relationships and networks in public affairs? Do you have the ability to lead and implement cross-functional strategies and projects? Are you ready to help transform the treatment paradigm for a broad on NSCD (New Serious Chronic Disease). Then you might be our new Public Affairs Manager. Join us and apply now! The position As a Public Affairs manager, you will lead on NSCD (including Mash, Alzheimer Disease, Cardiovascular Disease) public activities mainly on policy development. You will also contribute to company policy focused activities: building relationships with policy makers and providing input to company policy activities in Japan, not limited to NSCD. In addition, you will work flexibly with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to NSCD in Japan. Other tasks include, but are not limited to: ・Gather information and analyse policy issues in NSCD through research, surveys, interviews. Develops public affairs strategy and action plans. Build a strong network with relevant stakeholders and organises appropriate activities and projects through engagement with them. ・Investigate the potential for the NSCD patient groups in Japan, working with Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) colleagues. ・Create appropriate materials, tools and events achieve NN policy goals in Japan. ・Work closely with the internal team including Communications team, Market Access and Pricing team, NSCD Commercialisation team to identify communication opportunities as well as manage potential risks on matters relating to NSCD, to ensure public affairs activities aid the price negotiations for NSCD products and aligned with the commercial objectives. ・Work closely with the Medical team to ensure that NNPL is making progress on setting a desirable environment, for its products, for the medical community. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.・Experience in public affairs, government relations or policy development is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable but not mandatory. ・Knowledge of Japanese government relations, policy making process, healthcare policy and the pharmaceutical business. ・Must have the ability to build internal and external networks, with excellent communication skill, as well as strong project management skill. ・Excellent writing and speaking expertise in both Japanese and English. |
