■Company Background/募集背景 アジアを中心に900名以上の仲間が12か国にオフィスを展開しております。日本支社には現在約90名が在籍しており、3つのサービスを運営しています。コロナからの旅行需要も急激に回復を始め、事業を再拡大しています。 Our company has 12 offices in 12 countries around Asia with approx. 900 employees. There are three entities in Japan, with more than 90 employees currently and growing more. ■仕事内容 1. ウェブサイトおよび関連サービスの安定性と信頼性の維持・管理責任者 2. システムのパフォーマンスを監視、分析、最適化し、潜在的な技術的問題を解決、予防し、効率的なサービス運営の確保 3. 開発チームと密接に協力し、システムアーキテクチャの設計と実装に参加し、パフォーマンス向上のための提案 4. 生産環境を管理・維持し、関連設備の信頼性と安全性を確保 5. 操作マニュアル、メンテナンスガイド、トラブルシューティングドキュメントなどの技術文書を作成し、チームメンバーの技術的問題解決の支援 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintaining and managing the stability and reliability of the website and related services 2. Monitor, analyze and optimize system performance, resolve and prevent potential technical problems to ensure efficient service operation. 3. Work closely with the development team, participate in system architecture design and implementation, and provide recommendations for performance improvements. 4. Manage and maintain the production environment and ensure the reliability and safety of related facilities. 5. Write technical documents including operation manuals, maintenance guides and troubleshooting documents to assist team members in resolving technical issues. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 必要な条件/経験1. 3～5年の関連分野での経験、できればSREまたは関連職種での経験。 2. 中国語と日本語のビジネスレベル、流暢なコミュニケーションとライティングができること。 優れた問題解決能力と分析能力を有し、技術的な問題を迅速に特定し、解決できること。 3. 優れたシステム監視およびトラブルシューティング能力を有し、一般的なネットワークおよびアプリケーションレベルのトラブルシューティング手法に精通していること。 4. Linux、シェルスクリプト、一般的なシステム管理ツール（Ansible、Terraform）に精通していること。 5. クラウドサービス（AWSやGoogle Cloud Platformなど）やコンテナ技術（DockerやKubernetesなど）に精通していることが望ましい。 6. チームワークとコミュニケーション能力に優れ、複数のチームと協力して部門横断的な技術的問題を解決できる。 7. 技術トレンドやベストプラクティスに目を向け、自発的かつ継続的に学習することができる。 Qualifications: 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in an SRE or related position. 2. Business level in Chinese and Japanese, able to communicate and write fluently. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. 3. Excellent system monitoring and troubleshooting skills, familiar with common network and application level troubleshooting methods. 4. Familiarity with Linux, Shell scripts and common system administration tools (Ansible, Terraform). 5. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS or Google Cloud Platform) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. 6. Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work with multiple teams to solve cross-departmental technical problems. 7. Self-motivated and continuous learning, with an eye on technology trends and best practices. |
