仕事内容	PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : As a senior manager in charge of tax and financial control in Japan shared service department, need to understand Danone and department’s mission to deliver the target. DBS Asia is shared service department in Danone Asian markets, and service delivery center is located in Malaysia. You report to local team lead but also dotted report to Zone’s tax director and financial control lead, and work closely with colleagues located in Japan and Malaysia Main responsibilities 【Tax】 - Execute and monitor external tax reporting, including regular tax filing and operation tasks, foreign payment tax application, tax preferential treatment application, etc. - Execute and monitor internal tax reporting, forecast, analysis, and tax provision - Provide day-to-day tax related advices - Lead the tax planning projects and tax risks management - Support and coordinate in cross-function projects. - Manage routine TP documentation for Japan entity - Lead ad-hoc TP discussion, planning and benchmark studies for Japan entity - Maintain relationship with tax authorities / related government departments. - Deal with inquiries and investigations for Danone Japan - Prepare and refresh tax position papers, SOPs to document tax positions and work processes. - Keep updated internal control procedures and provide documentation for DanGo. - Support DBS Learning & Sharing in tax session. 【Financial Accounting and Controlling (mainly validation role) – limited assistance required to support Service Delivery Center】 - Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting Process Champion to ensure that all reported financial information is correct - Review local GAAP watch for Danone Japan that meet tax annual filing requirements - Co-ordinate local stakeholders on certain projects executions

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background Education background: • Possess a general bachelor’s degree and above; preferably in finance, accounting tax, law majors Technical Skills and Experiences required: • Advanced knowledge of JGAPP with strong multinational company finance experienceis preferred • Comfortable working with multiple software & systems, with working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools preferred • Written and Spoken Business level English preferred and Native level Japanese language skills (must) • At least 8-year experience in dedicated tax area • CPA（公認会計士）, Certified Tax Accountant(税理士)、Partly Passed Tax Accountant Exam(税理士科目合格)、Bookkeeping level 2 or above(簿記2級以上) is preferrable Competencies to be successful on the job: • Team player who understands teamwork and can focus on the bigger picture • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and empowering teams • Ability to work with tight deadlines on multiple projects • Great stakeholder management skills, and ability to drive projects forward with clear focus • Self-motivated with passion • High integrity and discipline • Outgoing and open-minded • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Fast learner and committed to excellence
