Purpose of the Position SAPトレーニングの企画・実行を担当頂ける方を募集しております。 Background: FOCUS is a Business-Led and Sponsored Transformation program at Our company that will unlock business growth, through standardized data, optimized processes, and a globally connected new way of working. We will deliver best-in-class solutions on a shared global IT platform, with strong Global IT/PMO Governance processes that will be supported by a global Solution, Business Process Management, Organization Change Maganegemt (OCM), Application Maintenance Services, and Master Data Management organization. It is a multi-year program with deployments (go-lives) stagged over 3-5 years with the expectation that business transformation will be ongoing beyond FOCUS 1.0 and 2.0 deployments. The global OCM team contributes to the successful FOCUS deployments by leading global change management activities and supporting the deployment activities in the regions to be executed as planned, based on the global deployment methodology of the FOCUS program. In the post-FOCUS Business-As-Usual (BAU) organization, the global OCM team as the COE, provides OCM strategy and governance, standards and processes, quality assurance, training material maintenance, and support to the regions Global Training Lead [FOCUS Deployment] The Global Training Lead supports the regional training teams in the high-level planning for training activities for the S/4HANA-enabled processes as well as other global solutions (e.g. MES, IBP, BPC, PaMP,and BI). In addition, the Global Training Lead is responsible for providing guidance, support, templates, and reporting for the development of training materials for the S/4HANA-enabled processes and other global solutions. [Post FOCUS Business-As-Usual (BAU) organization] As a CoE Global Training, the Global Training Lead ensures the consistency of the FOCUS global training plan and materials in the BAU organization through; Training needs assessment and planning Maintenance of training materials (global & regional) FOCUS training portal maintenance (SAP Enable Now) & connect to SuccessFactors LMS Key Responsibilities [FOCUS Deployment] Support the planning of training deliverables in line with the defined FOCUS methodology in accordance with Integrated Master Planning (IMP) and project timeline ensuring milestones are observed and met. Support the global and regional training leads to align global and regional training deployment with global FOCUS training strategy and direction (S/4HANA and other global solutions (e.g. MES, IBP, BPC, PaMP, and BI). Act as an escalation point for Learning and Support related, change requests and risks and issue management and resolution. Coach the Regional Deployment Teams. Identify and manage suggestions for continuous improvement. Contribute to status reporting [Post FOCUS Business-As-Usual organization] Support the future releases of Change Requests impacting regions and affiliates through training needs assessment, and make sure the training materials and SAP Enable Now are maintained. Support the assessment of business implementation effectiveness and continuous improvement through reviewing results of regional effectiveness surveys and giving inputs, updating approaches, toolkits, and templates Support ongoing FOCUS implementations (S/4HANA and other global solutions) and other transformation activities through training needs assessment, reviewing training content, and maintaining SAP Enable Now. |
