【必須（MUST）】 ■必要な知識・経験・能力・通訳・翻訳に関する2年以上の学習経験、学位および資格、またはそれに相当する実務経験。 ・日本語および英語における優れたコミュニケーション能力を発揮できる事。 ・法律に関する専門的な用語、当社におけるビジネスの状況、日本のマーケットにおけるタイムリーな話題などについて、情報を継続的に更新し、複雑な話題に関しても適切に翻訳通訳を行える自己研鑽能力 ・依頼を受けた内容に対しプライオリティをつけ、スケジュールを適切に調整する調整能力 ・関係者間で会話された内容に対する守秘義務がある事を深く理解し、管理する事が出来る能力 ・マインドセットとしてサポーティブであり、常に顧客とチームを意識し、業務を円滑に進める環境を構築出来る能力 |
