仕事内容	PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As the factory EHSS Manager, you will oversee the management of all our Factory Site with respect to Environment, Health, Safety and Security. You will seek to use your wealth of experience to develop, implement and train sound and effective policies, procedures and guidelines that will protect the health and Safety of all us in Factory, while maintaining regulatory compliance in all audits and checks that we are involved in to ensure that we are always protected. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY Main responsibilities Achieve Zero Accident vision of our company through the following - Develop and deploy Safety roadmap for Factory - Build necessary skills and capabilities of organization in order to achieve zero accident on Safety, Security, Health and Environment for Factory (provide HSE training) - Develop, implement and lead a sustainable Safety, Security, Health and Environment Management system to help ensure Zero Accident vision (including change management, contractor/sub-contractor safety management) - Equipment safety evaluation - Explain safety initiative and train safety specific topics on safety needs - Analyze incident detail Lead the Environment agenda of the Factory (Positive Impact Operations), to progressively reduce our footprint across the key metrics of carbon, energy and water. Lead the internal carbon reporting for our company (“Carbon master”) Ensure Compliance with local rules and regulation as well as our Group’s requirements on Safety, Security, Health and Environment through the following - Lead Safety, Security, Health and Environment audit with our Group auditors and official auditors - Report and communicate on Safety, Security, Health and Environment performance to the our group and to any other official administrative body as necessary Plant loss prevention management Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management process Monitor and manage EHSS costs - Ensure that costs related to EHSS are well-controlled and well-spent

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background Education background Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and higher Technical Skills and Experiences required • Knowledge of factory industry safety, security, health and environmental standards • Experience handling all types of EHS management systems • A working knowledge of Japanese health and safety, security and environmental laws and the rules and regulations needed to comply • Past professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas • Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change • Good understanding of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing systems as well as Supply Chain and HR processes Competencies to be successful on the job • Possess a Servant Leadership mindset • Past experience in overcoming obstacles to achieve set goals through others • Possess conviction in your beliefs and have the ability to express them • Possess a Teamwork mindset and empowers others to achieve success in your team • A bright and positive image of communication for the first time in Japan to inform employees of events and standards • Ability to assemble a setup to introduce a new experience • Good command of Japanese and English – work in both language (must have)
