🍀I would like you to plan strategies and tactics as GAM for Honda and Mazda, coordinate LAM/ISR of each IDG/SSG/ISG and internal stakeholders, and take the lead in taking action for the target business. 🍀I would like you to regularly share the strategies and tactics you have designed with members who have accounts for Honda and Mazda all over the world, and lead them. 🍀As a GAM, you are in a position to stand above people, and in addition to basic operations such as communication, I would like you to practice sales management and think big. 🍀I would like you to create a team that can achieve goals by maximizing the skills, abilities, and experience of each member. 🍀We would like you to maintain a mindset of increasing unity among members, communicating in a friendly manner, and moving positively towards achieving goals. |
