■仕事内容 ・ ディーゼルエンジン適合開発に関わるプロジェクトマネージャー • 対象製品: 商用車、建機など • 内容: エンジン性能・制御適合および車両燃費・排ガス・ドライバ ビリティ適合に関するプロジェクトマネージメント業務 ■募集背景 業績好調に伴う増員 ■免許・資格 ・ 工学系高専、大卒以上 ・ TOEIC 650点相当以上 ■Job Contents ・ Project manager for diesel engine calibration development ・ Target Product: Commercial Vehicle, Construction and so on ・ Project management for performance and control calibration forengine, fuel consumption, emission and driveability calibration for vehicle ■Reason Increase staff due to strong performance ■License,Education ・ Master’s, Bachelor’s, or College degree level education in engineering ・ Equivalent of TOEIC over 650 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ 自動車関連会社にて、10年以上の経験・ その内、上記業務内容に相応した実務経験を5年以上持っている事 ・ エンジンやパワートレインに関する基礎知識 ・ ディーゼルエンジン開発プロジェクトマネージメント経験 ・ ディーゼルエンジン、車両排ガス制御開発、適合開発経験 ・ 日本語(ネイティブ相当), 英語(技術ディスカッション)での社内外でのコミュニケーションと組織間の調整能力 ・ プレゼンテーション能力 【Mandatory】 ・ At least 10 years of work experience in a Japanese automotive related company ・ Thereof 5 years of work experience with responsibility covering the above job contents ・ Fundamental knowledge on engine and powertrain ・ Project management experience on diesel engine development ・ Diesel engine development experiences on emission control and calibration for engine and vehicle ・ Communication ability and associativity in Japanese (native equivalent) and English (technical discussion) across internal/external teams ・ Self-management ability 【Preferred】 ・ Development experience on OBD control and calibration ・ Development experience on emission certification test ・ Development experience on vehicle fuel consumption, emission and driveability control and calibration ・ Development experience on Bosch, DENSO, ECU control ・ Comprehensive knowledge on automotive regulations (Fuel consumption and emission) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ エンジン故障診断制御開発、適合経験・ エンジン排ガス認証試験経験 ・ 車両燃費、排ガス、ドライバビリティ制御開発、適合経験 ・ Bosch、Denso ECU制御開発経験 ・ 自動車関連法規(燃費,排気)の体系的知識 |
