| 仕事内容 |
・Building strong relationship with real estate companies to constantly understand the market trend and suggest to brand store development. ・To develop, search and negotiate with Department stores for the best locations for all brands. ・To maintain & build good relationship with department stores, malls and landlords ・To evaluate all the rental contract terms and negotiate the best for all brands ・Understand market and store development dynamics ・Manage the execution of store operation strategies and KPIs set.. ・Consolidate and analyze cooperate retail and as well department store sales data. ・To manage all activity for Hour Passion.( Sales Management, Product Management and Staff Management) ・Accurate and timely reporting to Country Manager and HQ. ・Analyze and report on competitive activity to the Country Manager and HQ |
| 応募資格 |
・Minimum 5 years of Retail experience both in store development and project management in fashion, watch, beauty or related industries ・A self-starter, able to work well without direct supervision ・Own outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision in a fast paced, deadline driven environment ・Native level Japanese with good command of oral and written English ・High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with speed ・Strong communicator with reflects positive attitude |
