They act as a primary point of contact between customers, implementation partners,s and other internal Departments. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Schedule, facilitate, and monitor cloud operations activities during implementation, from provisioning through go-live Monitor Cloud project implementations and provide comprehensive updates on projects progress, issues, key milestones and risks. Escalate critical project issues to resolve critical issues that may impact project success or cloud adoption Schedule and participate in project steering committee meetings to provide project updates and change adoption input to customer at C-level Ensure a smooth transition post go-live to stable operations and continuation of relationship our Services. Engage customers to ensure participation as an our reference at go-live Provide feedback to internal consulting teams, partners and cloud operations to ensure continuous improvement. What You Will Need: Business level of English and fluent level of Japanese Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience PMP certification preferred Experience with major ERPs and/or Financial or HCM applications SAAS/cloud solutions Strong project management skills Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment Preferred Qualifications: ITIL v4 Certification Innovation and Service Improvement Certifications (Six Sigma, DevOps, etc.) |

【勤務時間】 9:00－17:30 実働7.5時間 （フレックス制、コアタイム10:00－15:00） 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制（土・日） 有給休暇初年度15日間（但し、入社月による/毎年11月1日更新）、夏季休暇（3日）、年末年始（その年の10月ごろ決定、例年7日程度）、傷病休暇（5日間） 【福利厚生】 通勤交通費、社会保険完備 福利厚生倶楽部加入、医療保険加入、確定給付型企業年金制度 |
