This is a position for a biologist who develop and apply competitive platform such as next generation biologics with improved specific targeting, efficacy and safety using holistic approach. In addition, S/he is expected to proactively and globally interact and collaborate with all internal and external collaborators aiming to solve the problem on experiments associated with not only assigned projects, but also next generation biologics/platforms. 【Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） - Design and generate antibodies or biologics using molecular cloning techniques to support both existing and new programs in the pipeline - Develop in vitro assays to characterize antibody or biologics profiles using molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, RT-qPCR, dPCR, ELISA, WB, etc.) - Apply competitive platform to drug discovery programs in venture unit and/or other research engines to contribute moving such programs forward rapidly. - Provide training scientists or contract scientists to operate the platform. - Provide ideas to develop Modality/Technology platforms by utilizing existing research platform. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - MS degree with +5~ years experience in drug discovery- Ph.D degree with +2~ years experience in drug discovery - Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English * Leading and attending meetings * Giving presentations and/or training sessions 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Some experience of in vivo animal experiments- Experience of ADC (antibody-drug conjugate) drug discovery projects - Knowledge and expertise on AI or robotics 【応募要件（Qualifications）】 - Ph.D. in molecular biology/pharmacology or equivalent related experiences - Knowledge and experience in biologics drug discovery programs - Good communication skills - Challenge and proactive attitude - Strong interest on exploring and/or developing new platform |
