－日本のファイナンスヘッドとして国内スタッフ4名のマネージメントと実務を担当 －海外のAPAC CFOへレポート －日本のGMのBusiness Partnerとして戦略立案などにも貢献 －リテールビジネスでの経験必須 Accounting: －Manage preparation of group financial reporting package with explanatory comments with support by local finance team. －Supervise and review general accounting activities prepared by local finance team and ensure the accuracy and quality of those data input into the system. －Supervise and review all payment list for account payables, credit note, department stores account reconciliation, and account receivables. －Liaise with local auditor and tax representative to ensure compliance with all local statutory and taxation reporting requirements. －Manage the reconciliation of all intercompany transaction ＆ balance. －Prepare inventory costing reconciliation, stock depreciation analysis and stock aging reports. Budgeting: －Work closely with CFO APAC, General Manager and department heads of all other function for the preparation of Budget, as well as 3 years plan. －Manage the preparation of group reporting package with explanatory comments with the support of local finance team. －Assist other functional managers to create and maintain their respective functional budget. －Prepare monthly update vs budget, share with respective department heads on timely basis to ensure all OPEX and CAPEX spending are within the approved budget ＆ plan. －Work closely with CFO APAC and General Manager to ensure execution progress of approved budget / forecast are on schedule and propose action plan accordingly. Cash Management: －Manage the preparation process of cash flow projection and work closely with group treasury team for compliance of group cash pooling. －Supervise and review all payments. Ad Hoc Analysis: －Prepare all ad hoc financial analysis such as SOP documents, specific new store / project analysis, inventory analysis to facilitate management business review. －Work closely with local merchandising team, APAC merchandising planning team for the preparation of OTB / Pricing Analysis. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －3＋ years in a financial controller role in retail industry with auditing experience is preferred.－Experiences in Retail is a must but not limited to luxury retail, preferably fashion. －Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English. －Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables. －Meticulous attention to details and accuracy. －Well organized and ability to meet tight deadlines. －Ability to work both independently and be a team player. －Experience in Accounting and in managing / supervising accounting staff. －Analytical thinker who can identify and solve problems or propose solutions. －Advanced applications software expertise （Excel and accounting software）. －Bachelor’s degree or degree in Finance and Accounting with qualification is a plus. 【歓迎（WANT）】 －Strong leadership with team oriented and collaborative sprit.－Positive, enthusiastic with an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality of results. －Innovative, proactive, and open－minded approach. －Ability to engage and develop relationships both internally and externally. －Who is comfortable with very hands－on environment. |
