AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY： Main responsibilities • To ensure the project is technically sound from a specialist process engineering perspective in order to fully meet the factory expectations and to avoid cost overrun and/or cost penalties. • Food Process Design – Conduct detail design based on the scope requirements. • Request For Quotation (RFQ) Preparation • Offers analysis and comparison • Installation Support – Support process installation by managing the teams at site and ensure all the safety, hygiene and installation done as per detailed design. • Commissioning Support – Conduct plant commissioning to meet process design requirement • Verify design specifications and technical direction with the project team involved in design, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of projects, along with the monitoring and corrective action relating to these activities. • Overseeing activities of related contractors on the project within the specialist field as appropriate. • When working in a project engineering capacity, review of project costs (including monthly reporting to the Engineering Project Manager to ensure the project costs are in control and within budget. • Identify process automation and electrical risks and opportunities specifically at handover from proposals and generally over the project life. • Provide technical report after project sign off on the general outcome of the project from both a process and technical perspective, including feedback to the Project Managers and the Engineering Project Manager as appropriate. • To place emphasis on Quality and safety issues in line with statutory requirements at all times. • The Process Engineer will be connected to the Central Engineering team for support |

【必須（MUST）】 CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background：Education background • Education in mechanical / physics / chemical engineering or similar. Technical Skills and Experiences required • Utility knowledge (ice water, steam etc.) • Experience in working on project implementation regarding food process is an advantage • Proven experience of using CAD (2D & 3D), MS Office, and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is an advantage • Experience in dairy, beverage or medical industry experience preferred • Is familiar with the food production process and equipment • Fluent in English, Japanese basics conversation required |
