■Summary Taking over the position of Head of AI Drug Discovery Business Unit, which is currently held by the CEO, this position will be responsible for driving the business in the pharmaceutical industry using the machine learning models developed by the company. You will maximize the department's results and lead the development and execution of the strategy for the business unit with a leadership to the team and drive the division's results in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Because of the diverse nature of the work, you will be supported by a CTO, CFO, VP of Engineering, VP of Medicinal Chemistry, and others with professional experience. ■Responsibilities Develop and deploy the business of a SaaS platform for the AI drug discovery Formulation and execution of department strategies. Formulation and management of the department's strategies, annual plans, and budgets. Monitor team performance, providing evaluations and feedback based on management indicators. Enhance team capabilities through recruitment, training, and development. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 3＋ years of experience in managing an organization/group of 10 or more people.3＋ years of experience in business development or business planning. Native or business－level proficiency in English （most of the members in the department are non－Japanese speakers）. 【歓迎（WANT）】 3＋ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.5＋ years of experience in business development or department management. Master's or Ph.D. in life sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, computer science, or a related field. Experience in SaaS business or software development business. |
