■Roles & Responsibilities Together with the Learning & Talent Development Group Manager, the candidate will take the lead to analyze the current learning landscape in the global organization, identify common enterprise-wide learning/capability needs, and design and implement learning initiatives to satisfy these needs as part of a 'global learning portfolio'. Role responsibilities include: - Analysis of the current learning landscape at the global level and identification of common learning needs/capability gaps, with a focus on people management, culture and future skills (incl. DX) - Planning learning and development initiatives, including stakeholder management, communications, etc. - Implementing learning and development initiatives, including learner experience design, logistics, etc. - Measuring and reporting impact of learning and development, including KPI definition, data collection and analytics, etc. - Continuous improvement/redesign of learning and development initiatives to ensure they remain fit for purpose and of high impact for the individual and business - Design and run campaigns/initiatives to promote a organization wide culture of self-driven learning Reports to: - Learning & Talent Development Group Manager Other key relationships: - Organization & Culture Development Group members - HRBPs - Regional HR members |

【必須(MUST)】 Required capabilities:- A learning role model - someone who is curious and innovative and constantly looking to develop themselves - Ability to interact and build relationships with all level of employees - Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English - Strong project management and organizational skills - Results focused and ability to take initiative - Instructional design, including impact evaluation measurement techniques - Takes a holistic approach to capability building (70:20:10 model) Education level: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent Experience level: - At least 7 years in the area of learning and development. Other experience in the wider field of HR is welcome. - Managerial experience (either people manager or individual contributor) - Experience in global organizations and an inclusive mindset for other cultures - Proven track record of designing impactful learning and development solutions from ideation to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment |
