Are you a proactive and data driven project lead to co-create with customers and find new solutions? 【About the department】 You will join customer excellence team, direct report to Head of Customer Excellence. This team will support all business units and work closely with Finance, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs and Local management team. It is a great team with a good mix of employees with different national, educational backgrounds and experience. 【The position】 As our customer excellence manager, you will contribute to the development of the business units strategies and support the respective planning and investments processes as well as drive initiatives for future product launches. You will be the keyperson to analyse, identify, and communicate areas of opportunity for business growth or resource allocation with short-long term strategic focus. Also, you will capture customer insight and provide recommendation to business strategy, tactics, and resources allocations through collaboration with Brand teams, Sales Planning, Omnichannel marketing teams. In addition, you will realise implementation of strategy and tactics by providing key data with speed and accuracy through KPI dashboard. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or other relevant field. Master’s degree in business is preferred with training in different disciplines related to sales & marketing.• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the related industry (pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods or other regulated industries) is required with successful track record of: Market insights generation (e.g., through market research) and business analysis, sales and product demand forecasting, working knowledge of contracts, contract negotiations, and vendor management. • Strong analytical skills, technical IT tool utilisation and market research understanding. • Demonstrate ability to constructively challenge assumptions and directly influence others in a respectful manner. • Assertive with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to tailor content, delivery, and design for specific audiences in fluent Japanese and English. |
