【Job Purpose】 In order to assure the quality of business application services, verify application and technical solution is working as expected with static/dynamic testing based on test strategy and test plan. Engage actively in helping define/implement good practices and mentor not only QA CoE members but other team members for testing. 【Key Accountabilities Specific Activities】 -Collaboration with team - Collaborate closely with a team as part of a cross-functional team. - Contribute to the efficiency of the team by proposing improvement actions. - Share test status, issue and risk to Test Lead, PO and team, and resolve it with team proactively. - Responsibility: Ensure quality of business application service through test. - Create test strategy and master test plan independently - Create tests for requirements/user stories - Lead and execute end to end process of STLC - Defect management, analysis, and reporting. - Maintain tests and automation script for reutilization - Create and maintain regression test suite (including scenarios identification and its script creation) - Estimate test efforts based on requirements and test strategy - Participate in Product Backlog Review meetings/Requirement review meetings to clarify User Stories and requirements early bringing a tester’s perspective. - Responsible for identifying test cases for each User Story. - Responsible for identifying test scope and scenario for Performance and security test. - Responsible for test schedule management - Prepare overall test report and present to squad members. - Review and support the test cases created by other team members. - Develop professional community - Mentor testers on the team and the guild. - Share and propose improving actions, knowledge and experience with Guild members autonomously. - Share and implement good practices within team. - Puts in place sharing networks with other guilds, teams and chapters. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Educational background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience・Testing experience: Must have above 8yrs of experience on different aspects of testing. ・Communication: Should be proficient in English and Japanese. ・Facilitation and reporting: Facilitate and lead important meetings. Candidate should be able to present testing related reports in a proper way. ・Self-motivation, Leadership, Coaching and mentoring. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Domain knowledge: Should bave knowledge on Insurance domain.・Guidewire: Should have exposure on Guidewire testing. |
