# Job Description (English follows Japanese) ## 日本語 > *業務概要* 経験豊富なメカニカルエンジニアとして、ミッション・ペイロードの構造および振動面の設計と解析に従事して頂きます。この重要な役割には、現行システムの強化、新しいコンセプトの立案、機械設計の実行、機能デバイスの実現とその試験が含まれます。 > *職務内容* * ペイロードの打上げ時および運用時の振動を緩和する構造の設計と評価 * ペイロードの構造的な環境評価 * ペイロードと衛星バスの関係者間のコミュニケーション * 製造ドキュメントの作成 * 製造/アウトソーシングへの対応 * プロトタイプの作成と必要な試験の実施 * ミッションコンポーネントの組み立てと組立後の統合試験への参加 *必要なスキル・経験* 【必須条件】 * 工学分野もしくは物理学の学士号以上 * 以下の項目に関する機械設計の実務経験5年以上 ・構造設計 ・振動解析 ・振動緩和ソリューションの実装（ダンピングシステムなど） * 要件を理解し定義する能力 * 要件から技術的解決策を導き出す能力 * プロトタイピングまたはゼロからの設計経験 * 振動試験の経験（試験内容として正弦波／ランダム波） 【歓迎条件】 * 工学分野もしくは物理学の修士号以上 * 熱解析経験（解析モデル作成、温度予測解析、解析結果に基づく機構設計の修正） * 熱応力試験の経験（熱真空チャンバーまたは恒温槽の使用経験） * Python（またはその他のデータ解析ツール）の使用経験 * 光学望遠鏡の機械設計に関する知識 * 金属材料や複合材料の特性に関する知識 * 機械組立の経験 ## English > *About the Role* As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibility is to lead the design and analysis of the structural and vibration aspects of our mission payloads. This pivotal role encompasses enhancing current systems, proposing new concepts, executing mechanical design, and realization of functional devices and its tests. > *Job Responsibilities* * Design and evaluate structure to mitigate payload launch and in-operation vibrations * Evaluate payload in its environment (from structural point of view) * Communicate between payload and satellite bus stakeholders * Produce manufacturing documents * Handle manufacturing / outsourcing * Build a prototype and perform required tests * Participate in mission components assembly and integration tests. > *Mandatory Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in engineering fields or physics. * 5 years work experience in mechanical design, with experience in: 1. structural design 2. vibration analysis 3. implementation of vibration mitigation solutions (e.g. damping system, etc) * Ability to understand and define requirements * Ability to derive technical solutions from requirements * Experience in prototyping or designing from the ground up * Experience in vibration tests (sine wave / random wave as test content) > *Favorable Requirements* * Master's degree in engineering fields or physics. * Experience in thermal analysis (creation of analysis model, temperature prediction analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis result) * Experience in thermal stress tests (equipment used is a thermal vacuum chamber or a constant temperature bath) * Experience in Python (or other data analysis tool) * Knowledge of mechanical design of optical telescopes * Knowledge of the properties of metallic and/or composite materials * Experience in mechanical assembly |
