• Research Global market and customer needs/trends and create industry business plans to grow Logistics Solutions providing recommended approaches for business growth working in collaboration with the Sales Strategy Division and the Logistics Solutions Sales Development team • Propose strategic locations and identifying what capabilities are required to sell effectively and outline how we should acquire such capabilities leveraging existing capabilities where possible and recommending acquisitions of capabilities if needed （people skills, infrastructure, product development, technology） • Work closely with the regions to jointly create such business plans so that regions support and make the necessary investments required • Manage the portfolio of E2E solutions seeking feedback from regional teams on where we should prioritize development • Develop innovative solutions to add to the Solutions Portfolio working • Work closely with the Sales Strategy Division and Logistics Solutions Sales Development team on go－to－market approaches • Quarterly progress updates shared with all regions |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ⭐ Fluency in English and business Japanese⭐ Supply Chain knowledge in all areas such as Plan, Source, etc. ⭐ Excellent business plan creation skills ⭐ A strong understanding of the Global Supply Chain solutions environment particularly from a customer and market perspective ⭐ A good networker and able to influence stakeholders based on clear business plan explanations ⭐ Understanding of competitors service offerings and Supply Chain technologies available in the industry is required |
