• Be an expert in helping businesses with their sales and customer management. • Understand what the customers need and come up with ways to improve their supply chain. • Be the key person to solve problems in a smart way and give advice to customers that we have known for a long time. • Ability to know a lot about how the supply chain works and will give advice based on that knowledge. • A team management skill of consultants and provide training for future consultants. ■ Start in Japan and may later move to a different overseas career development. ■ Your performance will be measured by how well you help customers and how much money the company makes. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ⭐ Fluency in English and business Japanese⭐ Supply Chain knowledge in all areas such as Plan, Source, etc. ⭐ Strong project planning skills required with experience in managing similar projects with successful outcomes ⭐ Strong Consulting background ＆ Supply Chain mapping skills ⭐ Excellent understanding of the Supply Chain from a customer perspective ⭐ Ability to put together end－to－end Supply Chain process flows and map against service process building block capabilities ⭐ Able to understand the customers business needs and articulate value ⭐ Understanding of competitors service offerings and Supply Chain technologies available in the industry is required |
