This position is responsible for all of the portfolio and expanding pipelines in Japan providing strategic leadership in both planning and implementation. This position is expected to provide strong scientific and medical expertise with an in－depth understanding of relevant disease area, as well as in－depth understanding of, but not limited to, medical practice, healthcare system, the trends of health－economics and public health policy. － Report to Country Medical Head － Diseases covered: HPP, LAL－D, NF－1 and Amyloidosis － Responsible for the development/implementation of strategic plans for multiple compounds and indications － Lead and manage entire GMA TA － Present as the therapeutic area country medical representation － Present or supervise the medical representation － Serve as the Medical Affairs medical expert for the cross functional group － Develop in－year local medical strategy/implementation/budget planning － Provide strategic guidance for content development/presentation － Medical affairs review of field medical tools/internal commercial training material － Establishes strategic partnerships with centers of excellence and KOLs － Provide Supervision and support for planning/designing/managing medical Advisory Boards and gather insight from regional/local medical Advisory Boards |

【必須（MUST）】 － Medical Affairs experience 3＋ years－ English and Japanese capabilities － Ability to work in matrix style environment － Ability to manage budget/resources 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Helpful if you have experience with bone diseases, metabolic diseases, genetic diseases－ Management experience |
