※下部に日本語記載あり 【Role Overview】 ● Understand and execute fulfillment strategy to optimize transport and storage capacity and provide advice to members. Managers also collaborate with fulfillment members and the relevant departments to maintain the storage and delivery at the high－quality level. ● Execute warehouse work and so that warehouse operation can be carried out smoothly with complying related laws and regulations. ● Implement the project improving efficiency or reducing costs. 【Key Responsibilities】 ■ Plan and execute the project improving efficiency or reducing costs. ■ Provide advice to fulfillment members to maintain safely and reliably delivery and storage. ■ Create and maintain an environment in accordance to the internal rules and regulations related to Compliance and Maintenance. （GMP, GXP, CQP, PAL, SOX, Waste Management Method, Trade Control Order, etc.） ■ Create and maintain High Quality and Accurate Operation Warehouse environment （Storage, Loading and Unloading）. ■ Set up and maintaining a good relationship with the stakeholders, suppliers and venders. ■ Understand and manage the fulfillment team budget. ■ Handling problems: － Communicating with clients. － Reporting to stakeholders. － Proposing and planning solutions. － Providing guidance to other members to handle the problems. － Proposing and implementing measures to prevent recurrence ■ Supervising other members’ operations: － Providing support and guidance for daily operations to other members. － Identifying needs for reallocation of work and making the proposals. ■ Cost management: － Negotiating with suppliers for service fees. － Involving in cost saving projects. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 【職務概要】 ● 輸送・保管能力を最適化するフルフィルメント戦略を理解・実行し、メンバーにアドバイスを提供する。また、フルフィルメントメンバーや関連部署と連携し、高品質な保管・配送を維持する。 ● 関係法令を遵守し、倉庫業務を円滑に遂行する。 ● 効率化やコスト削減のためのプロジェクトを実施する。 【主な業務内容】 ■ 効率化やコスト削減のためのプロジェクトを計画し、実行する。 ■ 安全・確実な配送・保管を維持するため、フルフィルメントメンバーへのアドバイス。 ■ コンプライアンス・維持管理に関する社内規程に則った環境整備・維持。（GMP、GXP、CQP、PAL、SOX、廃棄物管理法、貿易管理令等）。 ■ 高品質で正確なオペレーション倉庫環境（保管、積み込み、積み下ろし）を構築し、維持する。 ■ ステークホルダー、サプライヤー、ベンダーとの良好な関係の構築と維持 ■ フルフィルメントチームの予算を理解し、管理する。 ■ 問題への対処 － 顧客とのコミュニケーション － ステークホルダーへの報告 － 解決策の提案と計画 － 他メンバーへの問題対応指導 － 再発防止策の提案と実行 ■ 他メンバーの業務監督 － 他メンバーへの日常業務の支援・指導 － 業務再配置のニーズを特定し提案する ■ コスト管理 － 取引先との料金交渉 － コスト削減プロジェクトへの関与 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 2＋ years logistics solution design experience and/or logistics operations management in warehousing or transport in the medical industry.• Knowledge of business practices, Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, etc. • Medical and Pharmaceutical industry background • knowledge of six sigma or EMS（Toyota kaizen method） • English communication skills to build a smooth relationship with stakeholders inside and outside the company ・医療業界における2年以上のロジスティクスソリューション設計経験および/または倉庫管理もしくは輸送におけるロジスティクスオペレーション管理経験。 ・商習慣、薬事法等の知識 ・医療・製薬業界のバックグラウンド ・シックスシグマまたはEMS（トヨタカイゼンメソッド）の知識 ・社内外のステークホルダーと円滑な関係を構築できる英語でのコミュニケーションスキル |
